I've dowloaded other emojis and other cell phones can't see them. I sent my dad a couple of emojis and all dads cell shows are squares.. Please fix this!!! Does it only work to send them to other iPhones or itouch?????

Application is fun to use. Needs instruction within appl itself.However the instructions are very clear here in the download/ description area. Just follow and proceed. Missing a universal PEACE sign so.... perhaps when you get ready to upgrade add that as well! I would love it ! 

Cool app but it has limitations

Yes it used to be free :-( It seems my iPhone frriends can't see the icons unless they have the app or emojis. And now that it's not free, they'll never see anything but a square where the emojis were. Forget ppll w/o iPhones. I used the emoji to post on facebook and all I saw were squares on my pc. Otherwise it's pretty cool.

I didn't know about any emoji icon called Hinamatsuri  until I got this app! The $0.99 is worth more than just getting emojis enabled on my iPod touch. I now have an entire emoji dictionary with me!  

If a picture is worth a thousand words, then on a 160-character message with Emoji, you can tell 160,000 words. There are hundreds of different icons, so each combination can tell a different story. Xemoji explains in detail what each quirky Japanese emoticon means. Some emoticons are self-explanatory (Phone, Computer, Smileys etc) and some not (carp streamer? moon viewing? autumn?). Get Xemoji to avoid Emoji faux pas, and to look smug with when people don't understand what you're texting (or Emoji-ing) about.
