Been waiting a while for this, and it's perfect! Even has a way to record voice notes. Really happy with it.

Doesn't allow adding people from my iPhone contacts. Crashed once when adding a note. Can't create an account from the app itself. Poor first version.

Clean, simple, fast. Voice notes are cool. Well done. Obvious things missing, but 90% of what I would need mobile works perfect. Makes me wish all the iPhone apps for 37signals apps were build by 37signals.

If you're not familiar with Highrise, get familiar with Highrise. After looking at a dozen CRM solutions - both computer and web-based... we settled on Highrise and have fallen in love with its simplicity, elegance, overall usefulness. While it may not have all the bells and whistles as Salesforce.com, it has 70% of the features -- the 70% that are the most important -- and there are always workarounds to get the program to fill your needs. But more importantly, Highrise is a joy to use because it presents the information you need in a way that makes sense and makes you immediately more productive. This APP follows the same elegant approach to user design and interface. It delivers data seamlessly, lets you call and email directly from within the application, and keeps everything nicely synchronized. It does NOT sync with your address book or calendar which is unfortunate, but we've yet to find a CRM solution that we liked that does. This APP is a winner from a company that has a winning CRM solution.

What a great start to complement an already great service. I can't wait to get this into the hands of my entire team and I am really excited to see some additional features rolled out over the next months.

When I first heard that 37signals was working on an iPhone app for Highrise several months back it was exciting news. These guys know how to put together clean and fast interfaces which is exactly what we need on the go. This app is an incredible start with a focus on the things you need most, contact information, notes, and tasks. What's great about 37signals is that they think about the experience of using the app without spending too much time nitpicking what features are in version 1. My biggest concern with Highrise remains that there is not an easy way to keep my Apple Address Book and Highrise synced in anyway. This app goes a long way toward that by providing me on the go access to my Highrise contacts, but it's still frustrating that there is not an easy way to sync it up with address book. (Granted, even Apple isn't the greatest with syncing at times, so it's definitely a big task.) Overall, very impressed with the SPEED and information access on this first version of the Highrise app. Plus, it's no extra charge with a Highrise account, hard to complain about that.

Finally, a good highrise app and it's free and well-designed. Excellent!

It's that simple. Great translation to the iPhone interface, and the Voice Notes feature is a great addition. Well worth the wait, looking forward to the updates!

Simple. Elegant. The reasons I chose HighRise over SalesForce to begin with, and now in an app. I appreciate the simple start, and look forward to seeing what the updates bring.

Granted I have thousands of contacts but it is slllllow. Also need cases and deals and multiple accounts...

I was using HighRise but was unhappy with the mobile access. I was searching for another solution when this app came to the rescue. This app is a true game changer for my mobile productivity. While I know this is the first version and this app will grow, the only thing I see missing at the contact level is no relationship between a company and a contact. When you open a company, you do not see any contacts that are associated with it.... Good job 37 Signals!

Only improvement would be proper contact sync or if the contacts were searchable via the global search. However this is not really the app's fault. I give it an unreserved five star rating fo sho.

I was excited to see this when it popped up last week, and after having tried Top Floor and Floor13 over the past year, was delighted that 37Signals released their own iPhone app for Highrise. After using it for about a week, I like a lot of what I see: colored categories in tasks, voice memos, contacts search are all great improvements over the other offerings. It's stable, integration of notes and tasks with contacts is also superior, and the setup is a breeze. Areas for improvement though are load times (Floor13 is significantly faster on my 3G and lets me get to my data in as little as half the time), assigning a task to a category wipes the task text and requires retyping, there's no ability to see completed or assigned tasks (Floor13 again) and no support for Deals (Top Floor). So to paraphrase Mr. Fries in his excellent book, "Rework": this is definitely a "good enough" start. Unfortunately, the load times are a deal breaker for me, and I'm returning to Floor13 as my preferred Highrise client, for now. But I'll be watching, though!
