Good concept but needs some adjustments & more versatility. Originally intended for peds over in the UK maybe? Definitely need more drug and dosage options.

This app is on the right track, but the sliding buttons lock up too frequently to depend on it. Also, the maximum weight for the program to calculate is 100kg, and since I live in the southern U.S., that is not acceptable. The succs dose as well as the thiopental is too high and it can't be adjusted low enough. The fluid management page needs to show requirements as first half hour/second half hour, then every hour, and it should also adjust for NPO replacement. Also, I've never heard of using paracematol for induction, and propofol was not even mentioned for this. I LOVE the blood replacement calculator, but as I said before it locks up MUCH too frequently. This program needs SIGNIFICANT improvements to be effective and useful in the clinical area.

This hardly even includes any of the common anesthesia drugs, what a waste of time. It has little useful info. It is extremely basic & not for anesthesia practitioners but perhaps medical students doing rotations. It freezes all the time too. I would not even download it if it was free. I deleted mine soon afterwards.

Happy to see apps geared for anesthesiologists but unhappy with the rudimentary nature of this app... not very useful. It would be more helpful to have an american version and perhaps commonly used anethesia drugs dosage both IV bolus and drip laid out based on body weight.

When I first starting using the application it worked well but now I am not getting any drug does after I changed the weight. Can I get my money back?
