The fate of the world is at your fingertips. Well, not literally, unless you’re President Obama, but with Anomaly, you can sort of live out your retro space fantasies. Anomaly is a gem of a game that combines entertaining gameplay with a sense of accomplishment. When you get through some of the obstacles in Anomaly, you’ll know I mean.

Campain mode is like a maze and arcade mode is like geometry wars. It will easily deserve 5 stars if it gets updated with a landscape option because the hands get cramped in portrait mode. The graphics are sweet and controls are very good. Overall easily worth the asking price!

Very nicely presented, plays great and makes a nice welcome change from all of the tower defence games.

This is one action-packed game that's a great value for the cost. It's got cool graphics and great music, plus the achievements feature is nice. There are some improvements that could be made, though: I'd like to see some sort of theme or something to separate each anomaly from the others (or even each phase). Also, there could be more weapon upgrades (there are only 2). Maybe we could see a system where you earn money from each kill, then buy upgrades. Finally, the "tutorial" missions don't actually have tutorials. They're just missions. Overall, though, it's a good game! Definitely worth $0.99. (side note: The publisher has announced that the next update - which has been submitted to Apple for approval - will feature better controls, landscape mode, and 2 more anomalies! It's great to see publishers dedicated to their fanbase like this.)

If you like belowscape I think you will like this game. It has more action and is better than Isotope. The developers are very responsive and have an update with more cool features in the works.

This is a great shooter with arcade and campaign modes. The 40+ mission campaign mode is my favorite part of the game. You have to fly around mazes and take out all of the power cores. You pick up pods that give you fast firing, spread shots and health. Arcade mode has classic, timed and objective. There is a lot of gameplay available here. The only thing I want is a landscape mode which is supposed to be in the first update.

I'm not going to waste your time, I'm just going to tell you to buy this game immediately. Thank you.

It's just not what I expected. What I expected was a game like Isotope.

This game is a blast! So much fun. I highly recommend it. I am so addicted to it, its a simple game yet very challenging. The control are super easy and make the game a lot of fun. Its a must buy!
