I purchased this today..easy.. portable..to the point.. I wish my brother with throat cancer/chemo therapy had this when it was difficult to talk. I can see people, whom have had a stroke with resulting communication issues, thanking you for developing this! I love, love, love it.

Great App! This is a must have if you work with people with verbal difficulties-at home, work or school. It provides them with an opportunity to communicate (and even allows for a little fun at the same time)!

I just bought this app to communicate with non-verbal patients. I used it this afternoon with great success. It's simple straight foward green for yes and red for no, made it perfect to interact with young patients and old. The only thing I would change is the ability to change from a male voice to a female voice depending upon who is using it to talk.

I love to use the yes/no. It is very difficult being non-verbal in a verbal world and this is a great way for me to have a voice! The green and red buttons with the black surrounding edges make it very easy for me to see the buttons, so it is also great for people with visual processing problems.

I saw this used with an ALS (Lou Gerigs Disease) patient and it worked like a charm. Plus, the patient was MUCH less frustrated trying to communicate with his doctor, and there was no ambiguity in his answers. I am happy to have this on my iPhone now, you never know when it will come in handy! Simple and concise.
