There are two separate Moodagent apps now, although the only difference between them is that one is ad-supported, and the other is not. I used the free version of the app for over a month before receiving a promo code for this quick re-review, and I can honestly say that the difference isn’t all that noticeable. The more notable differences between Moodagent 1.x and 2.x are social networking integration and some seriously detailed playlist management. I’m not exactly sure if these options were available when Patrick reviewed the app in January, but there are currently three ways to create a playlist with Moodagent. No big new features here, although I was surprised to find out that iOS 4 fast app switching wasn’t actually supported in previous versions.
