This is a bicycle blinker light application.

Have you ever rode your bike in the dark and almost got hit by a car. I certainly wouldn't take that risk. Simply turn on this app and mount your Iphone or Ipod touch on the back of your bike or backpack and off you go. Drivers will be able to see you from miles away.
