Rates are no issue simply because one can shop around and or bring your own merchant account. This app does not lock you into having to use the bundled rates at all.

I have been using authorize.net for years and now I can say that anyone using authorize.net will love this app as much as I do. It is so muh fun to use and my customers are amazed by the cool interface. Adding this developer to my watch list. Good work

I was trying to find an application like this for a long time. I'm a taxi driver and I always wanted to process credit card transactions from my cab. But this application goes beyond and allows the customer to enter his signature, and leave a tip. Awesome!!!

I have had this App for a couple of days now and I must say I am very impressed. Mr. Cruz is right the App does not force you to use thier merchants. I am using my merchant that I have used for 5 years. The App is user friendly and perfect for businesses on the go like mine. I never write reviews but I hope my review will help others.

The signature capability doesn't do ANYTHING!! I compared rates with others and this is STILL more expensive even with signature acceptance. Seems cool but why ask customer to use clunky feature when it does no good for me? I don't know.. I'm not excited by it

I operate a mobile car wash business and this app makes me look like future man and the customers always trip out saying how cool the signature capture is plus now I dont have to ask and make a fool out of myself when it comes time for taking tips!!! No more carbon copies or paper mess! I used to charge bill customers with the plastic imprinters and so now I am officially paperless and GREEN! Rates are not bad ... might consider a new merchant account now that I see I can save on the transaction percentage rates.

I am not too technical and was initially worry about the setup and functionality but as soon as I started using it each feature was easy to understand and use. I was up and accepting payments within minutes.

I just updated to 3.0 so that I can use quality apps and gain new features. This is an amazing unity of design and I know some of you on here love to just shine on little things but I have to say the guys behind this app have done a wonderful looking credit card terminal solution. One of my favorite features is the signature section. At first I was not sure but once I touched and drew my name I knew this was an awsome investment for my business. Not only is this cool and feels new but the learning curve is nada. I sent some suggestions on new features via their website feedback and they even replied back fairly quickly thanking me for the suggestions I had made. I might switch over to their merchant services package just because I like the support thus far. Their website also make me feel at ease whereby as I was shopping around some of the other solutions did not even reply back to my emails nor did their site have much info about any of the services or details on the app they sell. Some of the bigger name software co should take notice and see how it is done. Any ways this is all I have to say. I am looking forward to new features and the next update. Great App

Love this app, super fast transactions and instant visual feedback on every step. Very easy to use!! I own a sports bar and I have all the waiters setup each with their own itouch, replacing the previous bulky wireless ingenico terminals. Now each transaction takes less time and tip with signature is gained without the need for paper rolls or lost pens. New customers tend to want to play with the itouch while regular customers tend to leave the tip up higher then traditional paper setup. In general I tend to be on the traditional technology works best and is more stable but it was due to this app and the light itouch that I really see the potential and benefits of this solution over the ingenico terminal. Sometimes the itouch run out of power but that is another story. I just purchased the new iphone white and just purchased this for it hoping to use it as soon as I go into work in the morning. All I need now is a replacement to my register system ahaha. I think this app was for sale because it is now $19 however I do not mind paying what it is really worth. If it went up in price again I will have no choice as I am hooked on this thing. Some other ones sell for less and others for more yet tip and customer signature is the most important thing to our business. I wonder if there will be extra equipment offered for swipe? We will see... if anyone is like me and runs a business you will see what I mean once they get used to using this app. Great Value.

Might just be my 1st gen iPhone but it kept crashing and I had trouble setting up merchant acct. Seemed these guys spent more time on the interface than the inner workings.

Nice graphics, but the actual experience was not all that I was expecting. Too bad. Also, the app is pretty expensive given some of the other alternatives out there.

The error 87 is a merchant level error given by Authorize.net as such they suggest you contact your original merchant provider so they can adjust how your account is sending transactions as unsupported type. A detailed email with all this was provided within less then 24 hours. If the customer refuses to grant us access to his/her account then this is as best the issue can be resolved. Authorize.net reports the error and we are here to help as much as we can when in fact the resolution is addressed at your merchant provider. Thank you for your review I feel it is within reason to post this to clarify. This app works for as designed so long as your merchant account is setup correctly with Authorize.net. In this case we are not providing ether of your accounts so it is not in our range of access to address your particular issue all we can do is document and provide you with the set of instructions in Oder to address the issue with your provider.

While the interface is nice, I couldn't get the app to work.

I just downloaded this Ap on Saturday to use at an outdoor event on Sunday. Instructions for set-up were good, and it was easy to navigate. I had one small glitch (a setting in my Authorize.net account). The iphone would show the transaction as declined, but it was being approved and recorded by authorize.net. I emailed Spartadata...I received an email back within a couple of hours along with a phone number to call. I spoke with Mike, who proceeded to troubleshoot and fix my setting within 2 hours (remember, this is on a Saturday!). I am extremely pleased with both the functionality of the program and the extraordinary customer support.

This is a different app, but I couldn't get the signature panel to work after the latest update.

Extremely easy to use, great integration with my merchant service.
