The aim of this app is to train you to recognize pathognomonic highlights of disease, which I think it does pretty well. Since you're most likely responsible for knowing more than that (etiology, epidemiology, pathophysiology, clinical manifestations, risk factors, treatment, etc.), it would be fair to say that this app is a good starting point for know what you do and don't know.

They are much more detailed and have better testing options. These are good to check your knowledge, but not as thorough. Also, the Lange cards give you more testing options. I would say these questions are harder and closer to the USMLE, but having them in flashcard form isn't very helpful since all you're doing is training yourself for this limited question set - get a real question book with more questions for less money instead.

I bought both this and the pharmacology cards and have loved having them on my iphone for quick reviews. They are high yield and concise. However, with that comes that not everything is included (hence the notes, which I have yet to actually use) and the decks could be a little more robust (include more drugs, and have more basic pathology and images). But like I said it's a good high yield resource.

These cost as much as a book, but if you were to write out the material contained on these cards, I'd be surprised if you got 10 pages. Definitely not worth the price. Get gFlash Pro, a review book, and make your own cards instead!

Keep them comming asap including the Usmle 1 review! But please provide an update with reference to brs or anatomy atlas if possible. Also if u can provide arrows it would make for a better experience. Also a bit more integration or info would be appreciated.
