This app has great content. However it's impossible to use without jolting you out of your relaxation midway through. After the introductory relaxation section, the "confidence" section is at a louder volume. This defeats the purpose and is possibly a waste of money. I hope they fix it.

I have this app and the Relax app; I downloaded both on a whim. I don't know if my confidence has increased, but I do know that both apps put this cynic in a state of super-relaxation every time I listen to them, which is in bed for the night. Usually when I start them, I'm prepared to do my usual hour-plus of mind racing -- the next thing I know, I'm waking up briefly at some point hours later! Plus, Mr. Johnson's voice is just delightful: All in all, both are wonderful apps, and a wonderful surprise!

I never feel tired when I start this app at night when I should be going to bed, but by the time it's halfway through I am already asleep. If you have ANY problems with knowing you need to sleep but you fall asleep later than you planned, get this app. It is very relaxing and puts you asleep.

Hypnosis self confidence

This is an exceptional app I  this because I am Christian and do not feel as though my religious believes are being compromissed.  Also, his voice is very relaxing and you have the choice to exit at anytime. I certainly do not feel that there are any cult like connections which you hear about with hypnosis. I am able to enjoy learning how to relax without stress. That is what it is about.

Andrew Johnson's hypnosis apps are professional, they seem to work and are not at all cheesy or hokey. I only wish he'd release more. Try his free relaxation app to see what it's like, and then consider his paid apps. I just wish he had more of them!
