Hi, I have been struggling with high cholesterol from many years and lugging/referencing books on this topic. Finally a very concise and useful tool for me to manage my cholesterol. I hope other users will also find this application as useful as me. The quick and ease of entries in the diaries make me use this application more diligently. I have yet to use the diary view with emailing the log for my safe keeping and to share but expect to find that function as simple and easy to use as the rest of the application. I am trying to handle this head on and am very hopeful in lowering and maintaing my cholesterol with the use of this application. I've been working on lowering my cholesterol. Often it's been tedious to make a plan and stick to it. This App. has really helped me as I can keep a record of what I eat and how much exercise I'm doing.Also allows me to note down my latest cholesterol levels. It's pretty simple to use, and I like that! Good job!

It's like having a personal trainer. The motivation is there for me with this app because it helps figure out the diet and exercise plans, rather than being overwhelmed without much structure for myself. Plus I like the fact that I can go back and review my diet plan wherever I am- good for grocery shopping.

While it may seem obvious to the developer how it works, it is not obvious to me. Most iPhone apps are pretty easy to figure out without reading a bunch of material. This applciation says "Setup the entries in the My Plan tab before you can use this feature". Well, I have those completed and I still cannot get through this. It continues to tell me to setup the tabs I have already setup.

Doesn't work. Pages flick on and off so you can't read them. Info is like "duh"--a big Tip is "eat 3 servings of whole grains each day." No calculator. No cholesterol counts. I can't figure out why it is worth the space on my phone let alone a buck!
