I was stupid and made an assumption that this was compatible with iPod Touch, and not just iPhone. So...I wated 2 bucks, or a good Tully's brew. I'll keep it for a little while with the hope that it'll be updated to compatible with the iPods.

This app finds an amazing array of coffee shops, some I didn't know where even in my town. But if you are not familiar with an area, you'll need to click thru all nine icons to see what's there. There should be some indication on the main screen if all you will see is "no [shop name] in the area".

I like the idea! Even though you can find coffee places with the Google Maps app, this is potentially quicker ... and prettier!

The app is great, but needs the ability to customize the cups (both graphics and placement on the shelf). I frequent Scooters a lot and would love to have that cup available. Thanks!

Simple, straightforward, and shows more coffee shops in my area than I even knew about (I just moved to a new city). And not just the two biggies as do some other iTunes apps. Can't go wrong - the price is right.

straightforward find-the-nearest-coffee-shop app. before using it, i prepared myself to deride this for excluding non-chain (Starbucks, Peets, etc.) coffee shops, but lo! the "Other Coffee Places" button came up with a huge list of nearby locally owned shops. there are a few other coffee places i feel should be found in the app, but these places list themselves as a "café" so i understand the omission. i wish more iPhone apps were this well-designed, easy to use and very nice on the eyes. it may be mostly a fancy front end to Google Maps, but it works so darned well you won't care.

Really? Are there really folks out there who insist on one form of chain store brand marketing over another? If anything, this cynic likes the "other" option just to find ways to avoid the mass formula. But more applicably, the 'search all' function is key...don't most of us just need the coffee (or the meeting location, or bathroom, or hotspot), and not really care what logo provides it? But thinking beyond...I'd beg 3 additions: 1. Ability to search not where I am, but where I'll be...so I can say "meet me at XX coffeeshop on the corner of Y and Z." 2. Maybe a rating system? So I know which alternative local shops are worth a shot, or which chain locations are plagued by long lines, overcrowding, bad staff... 3. A notation of which shops have wifi.

Cool would be nice to add Tim Hortens (in the US) and Canada support as well. Maybe customize the cups for companies in my area too.

When I saw Peets on the top shelf, I knew this would be a respectable app. Of course I wouldn't want too many of these "Google Maps Short Cuts", but for a coffee search it's worthwhile, esp. while driving!

Very cool app. I enjoy using it. Would be nice to have a "Find All" option...

Does what it says . I love just hitting the cup . I also would like to see the option to customize the cups. Great app worth the money.

I loooove the graphics when you click on a cup I wish you could customize the order or add other coffee shops to the front page instead of random ones that aren't in my city thanks for the great looking app

I used this application for the first time on Election Day. As many of you know, Starbucks provided free coffee to those who voted -- free Lattes for those who voted for Obama. :-) (Just kidding of course!)
