This service is free on-line and I usually just use Safari on my iPhone. The app makes it a lot easier to manage on the iPhone. This site always helps when I'm in my local store and I want to make sure I was not missed on a title in my pull list. I don't mind paying for apps that make my life and hobbies easier.

Gone are the days of trolling the web finding out which comics are coming out, and when. Now I've got it all whenever I want it, even at the comic shop! Programmers are great and are very responsive to feedback. I can't wait for future updates! Great app.

I love this app. I was already using the Comixology web app before this came out and that was great to have, but this app brings it up to a whole new level. I love that I can pull my comics and look at previews and pretty much do everything and more that I can on comixology's website. This is a wonderful app to have.

I'm a long time user of Comixology.com. That's a place where I can see upcoming comics for the following week, update my current (and future pull list), and provides a fantastic resource for comic book information. And now it's come to the iPhone.

As a life long comic reader, I'm hugely impressed that someone had the genius to develop such a terrific application for fans of the medium.

I have over 90 apps on my phone and this app was downloaded immediately and will remain on my home page. It is a beautiful app, packs lots of features, and is well worth the money. As someone mentioned previously, I would love for a way to be able to choose what publishers I view as I am pretty much a Marvel Zombie. If these guys develop a comic catalogue database, I will pay $10 for it : )

If you're a comic book lover, you need this app. The Comixology guys built a great website and now all the power of their platform can be on your phone, so you can get all the information you need while you're on the go.

And why? Because it helps me with my weekly comic book buying. With this app, you can browse releases for the current week, the previous week, and next week. Very easy to use. The only weakness I've found so far is that you cannot browse as far ahead in the app as you can on the website which can be a drag. Otherwise, love it.

What a useful application! (The fact that it's really good looking and intuitive is just an extra.) This brings most of the features of the great Comixology website to the palm of your hand, and because of the caching (which takes a bit of time on first load) it's lightning fast. If you're the kind person (and you know who you are) who thinks this might be for you...it absolutely is [grin]! These guys, through both this app and the full website, are doing for comic geeks what SalesForce.com did for salespeople: spending the time and effort to create THE platform for an entire industry. I can't wait to see what they add on to this in future releases!

I just love this app after only using it for a couple days. Really clean, intuitive, fast interface. I really like the way the applicaition caches the data on the iPhone making it quickly accessible even without a network connection.

This is a pretty nice app! They've clearly put a lot of thought and effort into it. I've been using their iPhone web app to check my pull list when I go to the store, but this adds a lot of useful features including the ability to modify the pull list from your phone.

If you are the type of comic fan that religiously hits the shop every Wednesday, this is DEFINITELY the app for you. It is just as awesome for casual collectors/readers as the pullist function it awesome for keeping a handy reminder for books you want to grab later.

I enjoy comixology's website and was happy when they came out for a web app. Remember that the web app had no cost. On the contrary, this is $4 and doesn't offer to much more except getting a sneak peek into some Indy books.

Use this app quite a bit. They're currently working with apple and other comic companies to authorize more previews to be shown on the phone.

as rich as the comics subculture is, there has never (ever) been a way to systematically follow releases, vet your collection and create a buy list (of old and new titles) online. comixology does not do all this, BUT it comes as close as anything on the web so far. it's all there ready to grow, so i am optimistic. i have high hopes, and thus, hope i will not be disappointed. all i want is to be able to create pull lists for titles, writers, and artists, so that i can at my own pace go after the titles i want whether they be new or years old. if we're lucky, we'll eventually get something like abebooks, where you can search for any title, any printing, at any store. so i charge comixology to do these things. and i wish them financial rewards if they pull it off. but for now, at least you have access to as much of the comics world as you can get anywhere. online. or on your iphone. consider the app recommended.

This app does what it should do, and it does it well. There is room for improvement, but that's what updates are for. Well worth the price.

This app is great tells you of all the great comic swag coming out. A few thing that would make it better is a search bar to navigate through the many titles quickly also back issues need to be included aswell as a place to buy online or a place to find to buy trough maps. One other plus is that this app has a feedback button so if you find anything that needs to be changed or you just want to tell them "helluva job" you can do so. I did and got a personalize reply the next day. So if you are thinking about getting this app, stop and just do it you won't regret it.

I've found this app VERY useful. It's a great way to keep track of my pull list and see what's being released. I suggested that they add functionality for checking items off my pull list and got an extremely quick and friendly response. Great work!

I love being able to have my pulllist with me, and now that the app stores it locally on my iPod Touch, I can, without having to worry about being near a wifi network. Articles and previews are also a nice touch. A must have.

Love it. Have been using the comixology site for quite some time and this is just icing on the cake. It's a lifesaver, how many times have you forgot that something came out this week then forgot to pick it up, only for it to sell out? Make a pullst so you or you comic shop owner doesn't forget! Great great great app.

This is the best app by far that I have on my iPhone! So easy to use, with great features. You guys have hit a home run on this one. Worth the small fee you have to pay. If you are a reader or collector, Get this app. Now!

Complete waste of money...

It would be amazing if you could view the comic releases from many weeks and and an extra week in the future.

ComiXology's website is great and so is this app. My pull list sent to my phone is awesome. How anyone can complain about this product is beyond me. It's only 2 bucks! Try the free one first to see if you like it.

So far I've really liked this application except for one issue--you can only store three weeks worth of pull lists. On the Comixology website you can store months worth of pull lists, but on the iPhone app, you can only see three weeks worth. Maybe it's a memory/storage issue, in which case, I'd be happy to just see a text only list option --without the cover art and descriptions. Sometimes I don't get to my local store for more than three weeks and this app would be more useful to me (i.e. I wouldn't need to keep a separate list [on Zenbe]) if I could keep all the pulled items I can keep on the website.

All around great app! I've been waiting/searching for an app like this - it looks great, it works great. the one issue I had, I mentioned to the comixology team and promptly got an email regarding the issue (NOT a 'form letter', a real email) worth more than $3.99 for the UI alone!

I read about this on a Mac website, and I am pretty excited for it. I now can bring comic books where ever I go without being worried they will get wrinkled or destroyed.

I was already using the web based app to make sure I didn't 4get anything at the store.. But now I get my list emailed 2 me every wed, makes it 10x easier.. Must have app!!

This app has potential and that's a great start. Hoping for a polished up version in the future.
