I’m beginning to feel like the king of time management games here – or at least a prince, maybe. In Diner Dash we’re back to food again, but this time we’re dealing with a whole restaurant instead of just a specialty store. Thankfully, though, the mechanics are still familiar, so it’s easy to jump right into the game. And, just like most of the other time management games I’ve played recently, this one has a few little things to call its own. This is a really fun version of Diner Dash. I bought Diner Dash for my Nintendo DS and it was $30.00. The DS version's graphics were not as good as the graphics on this version. And yet, people continue to complain about spending money on software. If you are willing to spend $60.00 on a PS3 title or $30.00 on a DS title, a really well polished Touch title at $10 is a steal. Sure, I love the $5.00 games, the $3.00 games, and the $1.00 games, but $10.00 isn't so bad. Buy this game. It is worth every penny, all 1000 of them.

i LOVE diner dash and have had it on my computer for a long time now. i am so excited that they finally released it as an app!! but seriously, stop complaining about the price. the pc version was $20 and this one is half the price and you can take it anywhere! so seriously, stop complaining about the prices for this app, as well as others. unless the game suckz and it isn't worth it. handheld consoles such as the nintendo ds & the sony psp price games at way higher prices, you are seriously getting a deal on 90% of the games on here. but anyways, game play is great, sometimes it's hard to switch the people to their corresponding colors but other than that it is just as addicting as the old diner dash games and i am 100% satisfied. the best app purchase for sure!

I've always loved playing Diner Dash on my Mac. The iPhone version is everything that is. I dare to even say it's better because I feel I can move faster by pointing and touching than with a mouse. The game is great fun, whether you're waiting for a few minutes or just want to sit down for a while to play a game. I'm fine with paying $10 for this game. Obviously, I wouldn't complain if it were cheaper, but it's well worth a $10 investment! I'd highly reccommend this game.

First of all, the $5 mobile phone version of this game is inferior. I know, I played and loved it. This version has much better sound, graphics, etc due to the platform capabilities. While it's true that it's a port, if you think you can get it cheaper elsewhere without pirating it then please do. Compared to the price on other platforms such as DS and PC, and with the amount of content offered, compared to other similarly priced games on the app store, $8 or so is a very fair price and it can be argued that $10 is too. I would personally like some more play time before beating it, for instance asphalt 4 takes more hours to beat even if you're a racing god whereas this can be beat in just a few short hours doing the bare minimum and then there's just not much replay value left. The point is though, this is a great game, awesome art, very well done. High production values. It's hard to beatvl that for $10. That said it does crash if I try to play my own music during the game even if I have in game sound turned off. Please fix this!

Diner Dash is a casual game that has been available for a while now on the computer as well as handheld consoles. Now the game is on the iPhone and I can say that it is an awesome game as it was on the PC. This is an exact port of the computer version so don't expect much else. The game controls nicely and the touch screen works perfectly. For those who have never played Diner Dash, the concept is similar to a diner setting. In basic, you seat your customers, take their order, serve their order, and then clean up their table. The game can get really complicated especialy when you have tables full and a line-up of people waiting for a table. Overall, it's a nice port, but still just a port. If you love Diner Dash and aren't tired of the first game, this one will be worth your money. Otherwise, give a demo of Diner Dash on the computer and see if it interests you. The price point at $10 is about the same you would spend in a store for this game on PC, but this is not some watered down version on the iPhone; you still get the full PC game but on a mobile phone. Not a bad deal for me and I highly recommend Diner Dash on the iPhone!

I'm actually impressed. I think this runs better on my iphone than the flash version does on my laptop. They did a fantastic job porting this game to the iphone. I haven't had any problems with crashing so far, and it's lightning fast. The programmers who worked on porting this game to the iphone clearly put a lot of effort into it. It doesn't feel like a trimmed down version of the original, but a solid game in its own right.

After seeing the ds version, I was a little worried about a repeat of the design disaster that games was. I was very happy to see the easy playability of the version. Bravo! It's def. worth $10 and anyone who says otherwise just hasn't played it. Hours of gameplay, adorable graphics, easy controls, this game is a must have! (I just wish the expert score wasn't so hard to get on some levels.)

I had never played Diner Dash on any other platform so maybe I just didn't know what to expect. The app was executed flawlessly and the game could be a lot of fun! I just think it feels too much like work! It actually stresses me out to play this because you have to run around like crazy. Before any of you say it, I do realize this is the point of the game. I guess I just figure if I want to work, I will go to work! But the app is great if you already love Diner Dash and want to play it on the go.
