Description

Fight over the territory.

In order to complete a level you have to conquer at least 15% of the territory and collect all flags. To take over a block of the territory you need to make a connection between either the frame or the area you have already captured. At the end of the level you get 1 bonus health point for every 15% of the territory under your control. You die every time a monster ball hits you or your tail or you cross your own or other player's tail.

But this is a pretty good game well worth the dollar. It combines the "draw lines to capture territory" with some other arcade elements. For example, there are other fire trailers like you trying to capture territory as well. Every time I play, I know I will get different results and that's what I love about this game.

I really enjoy FireTail 1 (at level 228 and counting!) and this second version doesn't quite fullfill my expectations. I loved the old classic look, precision, and gameplay including the checkpoints which seem to be gone now. I think if this version was exactly the same a the first but with updated graphics it would be just as good, but these blue killer barriers, and impressise movements don't do it for me.

I can't tell you how many games i've played where the programmers spent so much time on the graphics, they forgot about the gameplay. This game is simple and yet has a great concept and is one of the best score based games (like pacman) on the iPhone. I would totally pay for this one!
Excellent twist on an old favorite

With gameplay reminiscent of JezzBall and Snake, this fresh twist on the box-making genre does it all right. Like its predecessors, you are tasked with drawing lines across the playing field to close it off, bit by bit. Controls are simple and responsive - I prefer swipe controls, but tilt is also available. Unlike JezzBall, you can change course mid-line, and so can make some pretty interesting wall shapes.
