Now that Apple is allowing third-party browsers into the App Store, Safari alternatives are cropping up almost as quickly as fart apps, sans the lack of utility. While most of these browsers seem to be stricken with an anorexic case of the "me toos," Full Screen Web Browser (iTunes link) by SOPODS.com offers some compelling features over the iPhone's incumbent. To get the headlining feature of Full Screen Web Browser (FSWB) out of the way, it offers a truly, erm, full screen Web browser. I love the fact that it auto-switches back to full screen after a few seconds, but shaking is a drag - please add another way to bring controls into view. If you do that and add access to safari bookmarks, I will use this as my only browser.

This is a good browser, but a few things will make it better. 1. Add tabs 2. Add bookmarks 3. Make a three finger touch to load menu for longer then 3 seconds. 4. Customizable menu time 5. Two finger slide left to go back, right to go forward

Got it free thanks.. but after using it I would have paid a buck. It's amazing what a difference a little more screen makes. Clean, simple design. Also, the clear history is good when you get a bunch of slow loading pages backed up, just Close and open with a fresh home page. After the update google search doesn't clear when closed. A clean slate was what I first liked. Loose two stars :(

Bout' time we git sumthang useful over at the app store , ah shucks I knew there was a reason for checkin new release date apps all the time! Got this one for FREE! A special that devolpers do at times, makes it worth it to check out apps all the time. You can find sales on new app's like this great one, anything like this damn good app to boot makes this practice worth the time while saving that hard earned $$$! This app does right what Edge Browser did oh so wrong. I've never used Fullbrowser, so I can't compare, but I love this app. If you added bookmarks and tabs like Safari this would probably replace it completely. This app is great for when I look up guitar tabs online because I can fit more on the screen and don't have to stop playing as often to scroll. Thank you guys very much!
