I am often needing to do a domain search on the go and this does that, plus you can purchase. However there is no support for current domains, mail, etc., but a good start.

Lacks Domain Manager

The title says it all. Come on all the app is for is just to buy more stuff from Godaddy?? How many domains can a person keep on buying? I expected that being a Godaddy customer, I will finally able to do domain management from my phone. But I was wrong.

Godaddy app is a joke

Who do they hire for R&D? Must be some clueless Telemarketers from India. A multimillion dollar company taking 3 years to release a complete joke of an app and be proud of it. Just like there website full of ads. Did you read the other 5 star reviews. Lol that must be the Indian r&d and the telemarketer at there office. They even sound like sales pitches in the reviews. Pathetic! Who would give this useless app 5 stars.

Worthless app so far

Not sure of the purpose of this app besides some marketing tool... Sure would be useful if i could ftp photos from my phone to my domain manager! Now that would be useful.

Worse than useless

Pretty much all you can do is spend money and watch GoDaddy commercials. There're no account management functions at all. It speaks poorly of their attitude towards their customers that they went to the trouble and expense of developing a custom app, and this is all they saw fit to give us - I'd be far less annoyed if they'd never released an app at all. The flurry of five-star shill reviews ("I've been waiting for years for this app!") don't help any, either.

Useless and full of ads

I would say that I expected more, but, well, this IS Godaddy. While I see a very tiny market of people who may want to search for domains on the go, how about people who want to manage their domain or hosting settings remotely? An app that did that stuff would be useful. Instead, godaddy's product managers thought it would be cool to develop an app that serves no real functionality other than to upsell more of their poorly designed, non-domain products. Hey godaddy, why don't you have your developers create some useless crm software, or maybe an eBay-like marketplace, or maybe another coupon site, or maybe a crappy social website builder. Oh, wait... You already developed those. Here's a hint: stick to a few things and do them well. We dont need this iPhone crap!

sad and pathetic

improvement from AJAX abusive website that wastes my time but no features I can use on app. Am I missing something? where is DNS control and DCC? Are you using secure library or are you dangling my info out over air for hackers? Godaddy has prices and nothing else. Please fire dev team and start over. App runs smooth but I see no functionality I can really use.

I'd agree with some people's thoughts here...What's the bloody point of this app? It does not offer almost anything but pretend to and I strongly doubt it'll barely increase the web presence as some others mentioned. A huge lack of options and enormous and useless mission. I'm just wondering to these that say "Oh, it's fookin' lovely app!". Poor development and non common sense of usage! Erased immediately in 1min! GoDaddy absolutely weak market presentation! Whatever! Good luck to all believers!

Very nice but I would have liked to be able to access my account using the app. Since it is relatively new I want to believe that in a future upgrade we will be able to log onto our accouts to manage domains & hosting etc…

What's the point of this app? I would at least like to me able the handle my account. Add some sort of FTP like ability, maybe a simple txt editor for files in my hosting account. Something useful. Most of the reviews for this seem like ads from the developers. Don't bother
