I think this is the start of a good idea - but poorly implemented and very short on content. There are only 10 videos in all - most under 2 minutes in length. All focus on cross country type of running and include very simple tips like "Look ahead while your running for obstacles like mud, roots, and turns." Are you kidding? The words treadmill or track are not mentioned once. I'm overweight and looking to start running for exercise. I was expecting a more nuts to bolts approach on how to build an exercise plan around running - not the case here. And the "logging" interface for tracking your running is very poor, bordering on unusable. It's not much different than just typing in lines of text in notepad. On top of it all - the application locked up and had to be restarted 4 times while trying to make through the initial 10 videos. All in all, until they get a 2.0 version out with a better interface and WAY more content - AVOID.

I like the concept of this application. It needs more content however. I did learn a few things but I have been running for quite a while and think there should be not only more content but more training geared toward the advanced runner. I look forward to future updates. However I will give this app 4 stars based on concept with the hope that more is coming.

What a waste. If you are thinking about buyin this program, STOP!!! Full of bugs and not veeyuseful
