GPS Alerts does not present any advertisements and does not require any kind of external registration. GPS Alerts only emits GPS coordinates and search terms against the directory services it uses.

Be sure to leave the application on the home screen to keep the alerts background process running. The background process pauses while you are creating profiles, reviewing results, or getting directions.
