EN: Good app, but it's a very big app for the purpose (> 3 Mb), and the user can't read the data a second time if there is no internet access (I mean, once deals have been updated, the info should also be available offline). The new groupon app is awesome..in todays economy not only does it send the deals that I pinpoint to have sent via my personal likes, it also sends deals that are totally worth purchasing due to NO price comparison newhere! knocked down to 3stars because of an annoying bug. this app doesn't seem to cache anything. everytime I go from page to page it appears to reload across the network. worst yet is the behavior you get when switching between groupon and other apps. I had a groupon open to get the number to someone on the phone and when I returned to the groupon app the groupon was gone and I was back on the main page. I then had to navigate three pages back to my groupon. I'd like to have more info on each grouping available.

This is more of a review for groupon the company, the app is just ok. We just got majorly ripped off, and I know of a lot of experiences similar to ours. Groupon needs to be more careful of the companies they do business with. Its like they come on here right before they go out of business just to get some extra cash and then rip you off. I'm done with groupon, I can't afford to lose money like this. Be careful and smart everyone.

I love the Groupon app. I have purchased over 5 different groupons so far. Everything from a spa package for my wife, to a bucket list of sky diving. It has created better places & things to do with my spouse. Best of all, its @ a great bargain. It just makes it so much easier when deals comes to you without the hassle of wondering what new thing we try out next. Thanks Groupon for helping my wife & I take on new adventures together that are new and a good deal. Keep them coming.

Very frustrating - the app says I can show the QR code to redeem, website says the same. But I keep getting retailers insisting on a printout with the normal barcode. Embarrassing arguments... Is Groupon negligent for not telling retailers they have to accept the apps screen? Are they negligent because the redeem application provided to retailers is incompatible with this consumer app? Or is it the retailer at fault? No real answer from Groupon yet. Pity - is an ok app otherwise.

I am sooo addicted to Groupon that I find myself checking it if I wake up in the middle of the night. A few features I would like to see is an option to save deals you want to look at again later. Having to scroll through a bunch of deals before getting to the one u want is annoying sometimes. For the VIP program-A feature that categorizes the deal vault groupons That way I can pick which category I want to look and it will minimize the amount of scrolling.

I've purchased several things from Groupon. Not once did I experience any issues until I ordered the baby food maker. 3 out of 4 people told me that I'd just have to wait it out. I was already waiting over the time limit. One girl even offered me $5 to use towards my next Groupon purchase. Overall the customer service was above average but the ability to communicate with shipping companies needs to improve. At least they wanted to make things better.

Slowest, most laggy app ever! Takes forever to open, takes forever to do anything. My phone is brand new & it's the only slow app. Notifications are nice, but some days don't work. Also, it doesn't include all the deals listed on the website. Why the hell am I using the app if I still have 2 check the site? Also, when u hit back after looking @ a deal, app closes, so u have 2 open again. Takes 20mins 2 go thru list. MAJOR PAIN!! Deals are getting worse and more repetitive anyway.
