Excellent motivation to move more!
Nic.Wise 5.0 stars Version: 1.0
This app - and the website - is an excellent motivation to generally move more (part of the whole lose-weight = move-more + eat-less). Simple and well thought out, and nice and easy to follow. Needs a few tweeks, but nothing which stops it being useful at all! :)
Buggy - even on first day
Jim from Omaha 2.0 stars Version: 1.1
Next set: (null) at the end... What is that? Seems like 60 seconds of testing would have shown that bug, maybe a nicer message: "Rest, and you're done" or something.
Needs a lot of work
Blicket 2.0 stars Version: 1.0
Nice idea-- on each workout day, the app tells you how many push ups to do in each set and then times your between-set rest periods for you.
Love it! Got me motivated and I'm seeing the results already
benny727 5.0 stars Version: 1.1.1
Wow! This is a great app. I always was envious of men who could do this but struggled simply to do ten push ups. This app starts with several small sets and slowly builds you up. It even times your rest between sets. I can already feel the difference in my arms, chest and shoulders. I have to put my shirt sleeves above my biceps now because my shirt is too tight to go over them. That makes me feel great. I was getting physical at my doctor's office and two nurses were giving me the eye and flirting with me and I am a middle aged guy. Someone asked if I was a school coach. When I get to my goal, I am going to do 100 pushups three times a week for the rest of my life. A great way to get in shape in very little time.
Nice app, good to add to workout
Airtroop01 4.0 stars Version: 1.1.1
I really like a lot of things about this app. For starters, the workout program is designed well to get your pushup reps higher as the weeks pass. Sure, you could do without the app and just follow the instructions on the website. However, if you are like me and need that extra little prompt, prod, poke.... Ahem.. Kick! in order to raise the bar on your workouts, then you'll like this app. Rest periods count down on the screen and somedays you need em. For the days you don't, you can just shake the iphone and it is time to knock em out again. The only thing I didn't like is the app is not a replacement for the website. When you do your max pushup tests, it does not auto set you to the right level. If you are in better health, you need to start in the later weeks so you can get a good workout. You have the capability of dialing that configuration in but, you have to refer to the website as to what week it should be. Overall, I'm glad to have the app.
Better since the update
Sir Porter 4.0 stars Version: 1.1
Before the update it was useless. I now like it very much. Follow it to the letter and you will make consistant gains. I do a max set when it says Null. Hey, it's 2 bux for constant motivation from your favorite gadget. Plus, the last fix was great. I'm sure issues will be addressed in further updates. Food luck on your hundred!!!
So inflexible it is not useable
Gloria Cramer 1.0 stars Version: 1.0
I love the OneHundredPushups program, so I thought the least I could do was buy this app. I did not realize it was basically worthless. It does not allow you to start in any week but the first one (even though the website tells me to start at week 3) and it does not let you chose which number of pushups you need to do. I am shocked that the owner of OneHundredPushups would allow a developer to publish this.
Great app
Bthonig 5.0 stars Version: 1.1.1
I just got this like 2 weeks ago and I can already do more pushups than I could before.
Awesome
Jremm33 5.0 stars Version: 1.1
Thanks to this I can do 250 pushups
Not so good
Newcult 1.0 stars Version: 1.0
The plan is great. But this app dose not live up to or sync with the site. For exxample there is no way to chose your starting point for the programe that matches the site options
Perfect
The Black ppl 5.0 stars Version: 1.1.1
Wasabijim must be talking about ipushups u can reset this one...
Pull ups
Hammhead 5.0 stars Version: 1.1.1
Great app. Try adding logging and graphing. Also a puul up or chin up app like this would be awesome. Good job.
Simple and great
Timfou 5.0 stars Version: 1.1.1
I find it very motivational that my iPhone is scheduling my pushup program. So far so good.
Needs work
Wasabijim 1.0 stars Version: 1.1.1
I thought I would try this app since they put it on sale and there was supposedly some improvements. I immediately had problems. Once the app starts there is no way to start over if you make a mistake. You can't reset the app. I had to uninstall and reinstall to reset it. The missing reset button makes this app not worth it.
Great app!
Ebrazzo 5.0 stars Version: 2.0
I personally havnt had issues with bugs. The routine is solid and I'm seeing great results. It works, just stick with it.
Fix The Bugs and It Will Get FIVE STARS
Gerald Franklin 2.0 stars Version: 2.0
This is an AWESOME app. But it is SO disappointing because of the bugs. I got so excited to start my second day of the program, but then it won't allow me to enter the exact number of pushups I did. I tried to fix that, and then started over again and the whole graph is now screwed up and is unable to be corrected. So now, with a program that I really want to use, it has become somewhat useless and that has made me very sad. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix the bugs so I can use this and give it the 5 stars it will then truly deserve!
Would be five stars
davidhc 3.0 stars Version: 2.0
I would give this app five stars, but right now it has too many bugs. The input window has a typo (asks for your maximum chin-ups) and the feature to enter your actual number of reps causes the program to crash without saving your workout.
Please Add Edit to Logs.
montaukmonster 5.0 stars Version: 2.0
I love this app! (hence the 5 stars) I am on my third week of pushups and improving. HOWEVER, after the latest update weird stuff is happening. I love the new log feature but there is no ability to edit logs. If I mess up an entry then that's it. no going back. Please fix this. Also I tried putting in custom numbers and it crashed. ie, in week 3, day 2, I put in 20 pushups instead of the default 15 and it kept crashing. I have also hit the "fill log" button more than once and now I have double the logs.
Help
Dalotrd 3.0 stars Version: 2.0
I can't input my reps in the log at the end of the work out please fix this.
Great but Needs Improvement
BigMooseRider 5.0 stars Version: 2.0
I have been using this app for a while now and my abilty to do pushups has greatly increased. This app is a life saver, for reasons I don't want to go into on a text. However, this app has many notable problems, even with the new update. First, even though it gives you the option to change the number of pushups you did in a rep, it either crashes or says invalid number when you try to. Second, if you fail a test it should have an option to tell it so that it will adjust itself to whatever you might need to do. Third, I would like the new logging feature to be able to add delete and edit the logs, after, of course, you fix the ability to change number of pushups in a rep too. I hope my ideas are heard for the next update and thanks or a great app!
Hope update fixes this...
Portish 3.0 stars Version: 2.0
Fun app but needs better progress calibration.. What if you can't complete a set? It leaves you behind. After doing my second assesment test it gave me an exersise that included my max reps in addition to other sets. Still, it's got me working out! Looks like efforts have now been made to fix this problem. Thanks guys!
Best Pushup app EVER..
chido4 5.0 stars Version: 1.1.1
My number of pushups increased by around 3 times.. At first i was only able to do 16 but now i can do around 45 and i am just 2 weeks and a half into the app..Recommended
I like it
Sbudda 5.0 stars Version: 1.1.1
As a companion to the web site it does well. If you don't visit the site, it can be a bit sparse. I look forward to the new version to see if it makes it more standalone. I'd like to see these changes in the future... Final set should show (max). Rest time at the end seems odd. As another guy said, initial test input is awkward and doesn't seem to adjust to the best week. Would love for the program to be turned into an algorithym so one app be used for 200 situp, 20 pullup, and user exercises (I use 20 pullups for handstand pusups and it would be nice to track them as such). Plus, I assume that with an algorithym the workout could extend beyond 100. Also, tracking would be nice. Still it does what it says it does and I'm happy with that.
I'm pathetic!
Colleen576 1.0 stars Version: 1.1.1
I did a push up test in gym today and I couldn't even do five good push ups. That will all change when I start using this!!!
Well worth the price!
jessrew 4.0 stars Version: 1.1.1
This program is exactly what I wanted. It starts off by having you do as many pushups as you can. You then enter that number into the program which will then construct the program based off your initial test. I’ve already had considerable gains and it’s only been a week!
Great but Needs Improvement
BigMooseRider 5.0 stars Version: 2.0.1
I have been using this app for a while now and my abilty to do pushups has greatly increased. This app is a life saver, for reasons I don't want to go into on a text. Almost there!
feelinhipp 3.0 stars Version: 2.0.1
This app is a great companion to the web based push-up logger, but as an app, lacks a few important features. First, there is no way to edit/delete an entry. Second, the app isn't "smart", in that it doesn't adjust to to your preformance. It's also tricky to enter results for week 5 day 2. For some reason the logger page doesn't scroll down to the bottom to allow the user to fill in their results. It appears that two of the three above-mentioned issues ( issues 1 and 2) will be resolved in version 2.1. I will revaluate this app at that time.
Highly recommended, but missing one feature...
Khizr 5.0 stars Version: 2.0.1
Love it, great software and simple to use! Only missing one feature, a way to export the data to your computer. Would be nice on log/graph page to be able to email it in csv or html to yourself.
Too basic.
Dan Jr. 1.0 stars Version: 2.0.1
Too expensive.

This app motivates you great app to get thanks
Sweet
Mmamandingo 5.0 stars Version: 2.0.1
Needs a little more automation but is the best thing I have seen so far, wonderful application!!!!
Good start
driftkop 3.0 stars Version: 2.0.1
Good start, but it lacks some features. Resetting all data, entering data for previous days (I already started the program), exporting to pushup logger, etc. It would be a great app if these could be added.
Feels unfinished but good idea
mrbuffneff 2.0 stars Version: 2.0.1
The fact that you can't go back during a workout, delete a logged workout, and there is not a challenging level for someone who can already do 50+ pushups makes this app feel thrown together. If you are a beginner though it is good motivation.
Solid App
SQEZE1ST 5.0 stars Version: 2.0.1
This app really works, it's a steal for $.99. Now all you you guys have to do is create 100 dips to complete the set.
Great and soon to be better.
Hands Dirtypants 5.0 stars Version: 1.1.1
I was looking at this one and the others. I shot the dev an email and got a response within an hour. I had questions about exporting data and progress reporting and graphing and a time element to those things and it sounds like all but the last are due for the upcoming version, which is out soon. I bought it immediately; the support was fantastic, and the website is terrific. I encountered no bugs that the other reviewers experienced. It was slick and stylish (although the movie of the pushup guy is cheesy), and worked perfectly. This must be a newer version.
Love it
Cowmaster 5.0 stars Version: 2.0
Great app! I do not have a lot of upperbody strength, but this app is helping me A LOT. Motivation is the key to becoming strong...
Love this app
Wxguy12 5.0 stars Version: 1.1.1
I love this app. I am in the military and this has already helped me improve my fitness score. 5 stars from me!!
Totally worth it!!! Getting stronger and fit.
Get In Shape 4.0 stars Version: 2.0.1
i've been using this app for about a month now and have seen my pushup total increase from 30 to 60 so far! its really easy to use and i love the timer. plus, it keeps track of your next workout. it would be cool to link it up with other users to challenge guys along the way, but overall...totally worth it and a great motivator/trainer.
One of the only fitness apps that actually works!!!!!
Admiralcaldwell 5.0 stars Version: 2.0.1
Just get it. I'd doesn't matter how strong you are, this will make you twice that!!
2nd rate
Barrymjones 2.0 stars Version: 2.0.1
Entering reps is very buggy. Program advances too quickly and doesn't adjust to your ability. Very primitive design.
Love it
heather.schultz 5.0 stars Version: 2.0.1
I started with 3 push ups... Now I'm at 24 and it's only week two. This is a great little app to ease someone into strength training :)
Great App.
Chris O.O 5.0 stars Version: 2.0.1
This app is definetly worth the price and you really start to see improvements right away!
This thing owns.
Restlesskilr 5.0 stars Version: 2.0.1
Started with 5 four weeks ago, now i can do 70! woot woot!
Good motivator, but some bugs.
The nickname that's not taken 3.0 stars Version: 2.0.1
One of the msot annoying bugs happens once you complete a workout. A screen pops up telling you to put in numbers of reps that you did more or less of in a set. Whenever you try to change one however, the app crashes. For example, if on the last set I'm just too tired and couldn't do the entire set, but had only 1 or two to go, it won't let me change that I did only 1 or 2 less than the defualt. so basically, there's no recognition and all it does is show how many pushups you should have done. if this isn't fixed, the graph is basically useless.
50 / 50
mslane 3.0 stars Version: 2.1
Great Idea, one of my first paid apps. To be honest, I really expected more for $1.99. You can follow the routine and thats about it. The features and functions are pretty basic. I do like it and it does have me on the road to doing 100 pushups, but I'd like to know what next weeks routine looks like, or the whole program for that matter.
