FIRST REVIEW! :P This game is soooo much fun! I have been waiting fo this for 2 weeks!! From the fighting to the story, everything is extremely high quality! You can even send messages to other peoples characters with the ingame mail system!! Very Fast paced, and beautiful graphics. This is one game that is a must on anyones iPhone or iPod Touch. Totally worth the $6!! :D

By far the best action/rpg game to date released on the iPhone. Love this game.

Combat is fun for twenty minutes or so, then there's tons of dialogue. After the dialogue, there's a load screen for more dialogue. Then another for the battle. After a "level" you're given a ranking and get..... Another loading screen! Buttons in battle are responsive, but swiping to activate magic works about 10% of the time, and never when you need it to. Fix the gameplay issues! Give us BUTTONS for realtime combat. Having to perform a swipe gesture while being attacked is really lame. Gfx are playstation-esque, but feel solid given the platform. Music can be repetitive at times. I *want* to like your game but there's so many things that bring it down!

For swiping don't literally swipe across the entire screen, just a quick swipe. But this is my favorite rpg on the app store. The game is really fun with a fast paced combo system for action RPG fans. I definately enjoyed this more than Zenonia.

Solid game....worth more than it is for this kind of gameplay. My only suggestion for the developers is if they can get the frame rate to be as fast as the action in the game...it's smooth already but would like it smoother

Great, GREAT, GREAT app however, I can't seem to almost ever do the fire spell while facing left, please fix this and I'll update my review to 

Gamevil can't update update several things for good measure. Joysticks won't work since it eliminates dashing. Rather a multi-directional d-pad, rather than 4-sided. Swiping magic doesn't work, ahem, 90% of the time, because when you're hit by a monster it cancels. And they seize the opening in your defense well. Annoying, but effective stategy. Gameplay is good. Though I agree, it could be smoother. It's got a solid storyline, though it has a few kinks, as usual. Items are fine the way they are. The POW drop-rate is a little low for my taste. Recolored monsters as usual. They're more interesting than in Zenonia though. Though the recoloring means it's the same monster, just stronger. The game's genre is well executed. 5/5, because this game is worth every penny. Do you people want a simple, nothing to it arcade game? No, you bought Hybrid. That's just what you got. So stop your whining.

I love gamevil and I saw this so I thought to get it. I never thought I'd be saying this but I think I like this better than zenonia. Love it. All time favorite.

Best Game hands down for the iphone/itouch. It utilizes the touch screen very well, performing various skills with just a swipe of your finger which is pretty fun! You dont press buttons like some games so its very interactive. The battle system resembles Kingdomhearts chain of memories except without cards. Gameplay is about 5 hours if you skip the cutscenes but probably 50 hours if you go through the cutscenes (which has an amazing story so you will always want to see what happens next) And best part is when you beat the game you can improve your character and get on top of the leader boards! Theirs about 30 bosses( i beated the game already) Equipment is the best part, you can upgrade them, combine them, etc. You can trade with people through a mail system! Theres a lot more about it but i'll leave it to you to find out how great this game is Definetly get this game! Im ranked number one on everything, if anyone needs POW or help email me in the game! Not worth the price, the D pad is horrible and the swiping for magic is just bad. The dialoge is alittle to much but I can deal with it. Please update with a joystick instead of the D pad. As far as right now it's to hard to control the guy. Hope to see some major updates then I will give more stars.

For this game, I have to tell you the truth.

I'm not the one to write a review often but I must say that this game is one the best, if not THE best game in the app store right now if you like games like this. Crisp graphics, sweet attacks, great storyline, good controls… can't ask for anything else. I think I'll buy any app that Gamevil puts out from now on!

Great game I love it!!!!!! also did anyone notice that if u go to ur equipment menu the shadow of grey looks like zed from kiba? I thought that was funny but any way keep rollin out the great games

Awsome great story line earth and wind are probably my favorite elements almost done too. You got to get use to the control for example I had trouble with the soulblade but now with practice I am almost perfect at it. Great job gamevil keep the games comin

I don't know why they call this a game there's about ten minuets of crappy cut scene between each fight

I have lotsa iphone games like modern combat, zenonia, touchgrind, sims 3, gangstar, real racing, imech and much more. This is by far my favorite. At first I though it was stupid because it was like a side scroller but then I bought it and I cant stop playing it. It never gets boring because you always get new skills and different monsters to fight. The story is nice but I think the cutscenes are a bit too long. Good thing you can skip them!

I love it all around. The magic system could use some tweaking. Took me forever to finish the tutorial on where u first use the orange magic.

This game is not just a brilliant mobile game, it is easily one of the most fluid, inventive, and just plain fun games to come out so far this year. Anyone remotely interested in RPG's let alone action RPG's should definite look into this. I can't recommend it enough.

Controls aren't up to par for this style of game. The story is linear and convulted. The music is extremely repetitive. It was a good take on the rpg genre but this game needs some more polish before I could give five stars.

Once they fix that enemies are immune while they attack it gets 5 stars

This action rpg is excellent! Leave it to gamevil to give me an action rpg on my iPhone that plays great and has tons of content!
