Display format is similar across each US Restaurant Chain, with the application representing hundreds of pages of data. It should be noted that although all 15 Chains address wheat, only 8 Chains currently identify gluten in their menu items.

The cautions and source information, as identified on the respective Chain websites, outlines allergen data, potential cross-contamination areas and legal disclaimers, as well as the application extract date.
