iRemember That Place (Free) (iRTPFree) is a very handy, easy-to-use tool that allows you to save a list of places of interest on your iPhone. iRTPFree uses the iPhone’s built-in GPS services to track your current location. You can then add an entry using this location and assign it a title, comments, and even take a picture of the place. You can then recall the saved entries via a list or map view. From there, you can get directions back to that place and even email the location to a friend.

Common uses for iRTPFree:

- Save the location of your car at the mall so that you can find it after a long day of shopping.
- Quickly store the location of interesting things while you’re out and about; add a note and take a picture so that you’ll know exactly where you saw the place.
- Let a friend know where you are by recording your current location and sending it to them via email. The email sent from iRTPFree will include your notes, the picture that your took of the place, and a link to Google Maps of the location.
- Save the location of a newly discovered restaurant or coffee shop. Make notes about their menu, their hours, and/or phone number. Then take a picture of the outside of their building for future reference.

Note: This application attempts to find your current location using the iPhone’s built-in location manager. However, the accuracy of this feature is limited when used indoors. Therefore, the accuracy of this application will also be limited, which is why it features the ability to move the location of the pin to provide the user with the best positioning possible.
