Many features in this app, but not the simplest to use. In this one app it can rotate, crop, replace color, smudge, clone, etc. Essentially this app replaces all the other photo editing apps on my phone! Pros: -feature rich! -directions for each tool -well priced Cons: -I don't like the icon (but that is personal preferance) -not a simple pick up and use app, takes some learning (that I'd a given with so many features) I would recomend this app to everyone that wants to edit pictures on there iPhone and not have 6 apps that all do one thing as this app will be able to do all of them!

This app is the perfect app to retouch your photos. Its easy to use and it has A CLONE STAMP! I only whish they added a undo button on the Retouch tools, maybe in the next update : ). Highly suggest you buy this app. I cant wait to see what they'll add next.

Hard to use at first, but after you get used to it it works well.

What a well done image editing app. Nothing like it on the ipod/iphone. I found the ability to edit in a layer over my image to be extremely useful. When I save, it flattens the work down and I can edit again without worrying about destroying the work I have saved. The variety and sensitivity of the brushes is a big plus also there is a brush shape which helps tremendously when you want to be precise (a square or round brush appears). The erase tool works very well with adjustable transparency and hardness. I know that some people may feel this application can use multiple undo/redo and there are a few tools here that will do that but I personally like the way erase works. It has a more painterly or art style way of working. After all, if you did traditional drawing you wouldn't be able to fall back on undo. That this program can resize crop and rotate your images is really nice. I think if you paired this up with Brushes as a team you'd have a great pair to work with. For brush effects as close to Photoshop as you can get I'd say you don't have to look anywhere else. iRetouch is it. Lastly the smudge and clone tools work well along with all the large assortment of blending modes.

This app offers many tools for intricate photo retouching. One has to be careful in the "Touch-up Tools" section, though, as there appears to be no "un-do" for each action (just an "un-do all changes" procedure). Once again (for me), the amount of time required to make this app useful prevents a 5-star review, but when I feel the need to alter a photograph on the iPhone I haven't found anything better.

Currently the best PHOTO EDITOR for iPhone! Like Photogene plus ColorSplash plus (insert 10 other 0.99$ apps)! I've spent some time to learn how to use iRetouch, and now I can say for sure that this is the BEST photo editor for iPhone EVER!

Black and white just the clothes make grass green crop brighten hair and done wow Dude below me is an idiot and should be shot.... I love micci.....nick you should talk to apple about banning people like that. Said it blotches. Use brush not pencil and lower the effect and opacity hardness. That what the freakin sliders are for, what an idiot. He probaly got paid to lower the rating a-hole. Learn to use opacity and hardness. LOL I hate retards. Zoom in for small thing and make your brush smaller. I like bigger and erasing what I messed up start with a lower opacity and hardness so you don't make it like blotching

I bought this app because I thought you could make the eyes look different colours. (like the preview pictures AND the app icon itself) But, you can't. It just plops paint everywhere and it looks totally fake. App cannot do half of what it shows it can. Very misleading.

What really prevents this app from getting a five star rating is the fact that there is no undo button in the touch up mode. Very often do I accidentally erase something or slightly misbrush something else but there is no way to fix it without essentially having to start over again. Also, sometimes when I use the eraser, it leaves behind marks that cannot be erased that were not on the original untouched picture. Although it does not happen often, it happens enough to make me get fed up with having to start from scratch all over again. If these problems ever get fixed then I'm sure that it will be the five star app it was meant to be.

Fantastic! Adobe corporation with its overpriced Photoshop should rethink its strategies.

I was trying to change the hue of the eyes on a pic but when I pressed the "yellow" brush color it came out green! Please help.

I tried to use a pic of my friend but only half the pic appeared on the screen. And i couldnt move it around! Plus when i tried that same pic on basic tools my itouch froze! I had to restart it because the screen went white! To avoid possible problems i advise u to wait for a better app.

Save your money for a better app. pics on the information page are misrepresenting what it can actually do. You won't be able to add color in detail because app just blotches paint everywhere. Also, you can't size the image freely when working on them.

Need more image control and pinch resizing to get to outer areas of the image being worked on. It's a great idea but needs a lot of work. I'm sure they'll figure it out.

After trying this application out on several pictures - I found it's easy to use and has a lot of functionality. I found myself spending a lot of time working on the pictures though, as the itouch screen has only so much room to work with ;) It's clone stamp is something I am amazed with the most because it works so flawlessly. 5 star app, thanks for the code!!!

This would be a five star app if some instructions could be included. Some of the tools are fairly easy to figure out but others are a total mystery. I'm not sure what to do with the clone stamp everyone's raving about. I can target an area,...then what? I'd really like to make photos black & white but with certain things (eyes, flowers, etc.) colorized. How can I do this? Also, would be nice to navigate back into basic tools or touch up tools without having to save the pic, close the app, then reopen the app and fetch the saved pic. Again, the app has awesome potential, just needs a little work (instructions!). Thanks!

Better functionality from 1st app magic touch. Where are the colors that magic touch had? I liked having to select from the very many colors. I use juxtaposer a lot and then I bring my pics to this app to blend missmatched colors here

good example of bad. shouldnt need instructions for an iphone app like this. however i cant figure it out and dont want to have to "learn" it.

I like to change my eye colors and remove some imperfections from my photos. It's simpler then Photoshop, and I've just found myself using mobile iRetouch more frequently then the desktop photo editor.

This is an advanced photo editing app more akin to Photoshop than most photo apps. This means there is a slightly higher learning curve for this app than there is for say... Photogene or Coolfx, BUT it allows you to do MUCH more to your photos. This is a different category of app than the 2 mentioned above. Those 2 will let you add borders, text boxes, apply preset filters, crop, and color balance your pictures. If you want more control over the actual image itself... The ability to manipulate specific areas of the photo itself... Then this is the app for you! Personally, I find this the most useful photo app to date, but there are a few features I would like to see. A pucker and a bloat tool would really go great in this app. An "auto correct" tool for contrast / saturation rather than just manual would be great for quick photo improvement on the go. To the developer -- your only main complaint by others is instructional documentation! Personally, I was able to figure out most things by trial and error. Add docs, and this will easily outshine all other photo apps!

I'm always Leary of purchasing more costly apps when I'm not sure I can use them. Download the Lite version for free. Play around with it; learn its functions and teach yourself how to use it. Although, it took me not even five minutes to get the hang of it. Then delete the Lite version and purchase regular app. I guarantee you'll purchase regular version after playing with Lite version. This app is that great. I WISH every app had a Lite version, so you can take a test drive before purchasing. YOU'LL LOVE THIS APPLICATION!!!

This app is great. It would be even better if there was a way to switch between basic and touch-up tools while you are already editing a picture. In the current version, you have to close the app in order to switch.

Good app, but still needs somethings fixed on it, like being able to rotate pic in retouch setting and being able to switch from basic to retouch without having to save picture and exit the app and going back to it to switch :(

It's good only untill you try to save the pic. when you save it, it gets blurry in the saved picture album.

Shoulda just bought this 100x Once you figure it out how to use the tools to the full functinality it's awsome. I just figured out the clone stamp and clone people perfectly then erase the edges so it's clean like the demo pic But that's hardly all this does Ps if your new remember the sliders. Opacity hardness etc. For two bucs you can't beat this for ten you can't beat this I'd glady pay for more in 3.0 Support is friendly prompt and helpfull Has been updates and did I say two bucs Just don't make a new photo app keep it inside this and your mini store It's a limited icon app thing

Can't zoom in/zoom out while editing in the retouch mode. Photogene is a dollar more, but better because all tools are in one mode and you can zoom in and zoom out while editing.

This App has flexible and powerful tool set, straight forward UI but does not follow iPhone interface convention. More like gimp instead of photoshop.

I have to exit the app in order to go back and forth from the Basic Tools to the Touch Up Tools. That's a pain and takes too much time relaunching the app. (I just use Photgene for Basic Tools) In Touch Up Tools, the Pan, Zoom In and Zoom out are very limited! There is hardly any ability to zoom in or out or pan! It's almost impossible to edit the smaller details if u can't hardly zoom in the picture! That disadvantage completely makes it difficult to edit end enjoy with the great features in the Touch Up Tools Mode. Fix the zooming and Panning and I may refer this app and also give it 5 stars. Photo applications with excellent zooming and panning capabilites are COLORSPLASH AND PHOTOCANVAS. Check those out to understand what I am talkng about when it comes to "ease of use".The price is worth only $1. I paid $1.99 a few months ago and hardly use it hoping for an update. This app is great in theory and has potential. I'm holding on to it and hoping for the best!

This app is very cool to use! I changed my eye color and it looks awesome! it's kinda hard to use at first but u get the hang of it. The thing I don't like about it is that u can't zoom out.  but other than that, it's fantastic I recommended it!! 

Im happy with this app- I use it just to fix blemishes with the blur or duplicate mode(forgot what that effect is really called) highlight areas on faces or bodies, hair, color eyes to make them pop... It's perfect for that stuff. Just need to get the hang of it at first.
