Works great. Setup wasn't too hard. Allows access to computer from iPad. Of course there is a little lag, but this is so useful to have. Now I have remote access to all my desktop documents. Requires a gmail account.

Connected via VNC immediately to a Mac in my wife's office. Speed is good. Better than Teamviewer, which has been my favorite to date. Nice app. Have to test Internet access though.

I had half a page of passwords (the hell of computer world) and all sorts of other instructions to get this damn thing going, and just got tired of all the rejections. A little literate instruction might have helped, but this group speaks only tech speak, a language I often understand but will resist until my dying day. Take a course is clear English and come back! A couple of simple questions that might be addressed: 1-does our computer have to be on for this to work? If so, that means we have to leave our computer on when we go on a trip with our iPad for this to work? 2-does the iTeleport app have to be running as well? Is that a hard question to address? 3-what does it mean when you say the server has not, oh, God, I don't even remember what the obscure message you sent said. Please, speak English and use full sentences! Sorry, I am just very frustrated with all these apps that come fast and not particularly well documented. I appreciate that you devote good important time to the tech part, but the communicative part is at least as important if you want to sell your stuff.

Needs a way to backup and restore settings away from iTunes backup method.
