Great start!
MJCube 4.0 stars Version: 1.2
Works as advertised, and this will be very useful for me. Having tried it a little while today, I have some feature requests:
Works Perfectly
dreux36 5.0 stars Version: 1.2
Fired right up with Logic 8. No configuration at all. Amazing. If Steve were here, he would say "boom".
Very Very Cool!
iPhapp Pete 4.0 stars Version: 1.2
Very great concept. A keyboard midi controller that fits in a pocket! For only $6 no less. Works great with Garage Band as well as more professional apps! I'm not much of a musician, so that's what I'll be using it for.
Great pocket midi controller
Juanchoy 5.0 stars Version: 1.2.10
Love this app. A great tool to bring on the road and keep your sound designs and compositions going. Works great with Logic Studio.
Outstanding
house redux 5.0 stars Version: 1.2.10
I use this with Reason 4 and my MacBook Pro. Setup was a no-brainer, and this app is great for laying down notes on-the-fly without lugging around a large piece of hardware. Thanks!
No latency issues? Are you Kidding?
violetteye 2.0 stars Version: 1.2.10
The app is a wonderful idea, but unfortunately, it does have latency issues. I've tried playing with this app for several months before leaving the review just to be fair. Sometimes the note will neither sound nor record when hit. I've tried it with both Logic Pro and Finale. I've changed the buffer and latency settings, tried every combination and it's still terrible! With finale, half of the time the notes don't even show up or they will all cluster together in a huge obnoxious chord after about 10 seconds. With Logic Pro, forget about improvising or laying down a track. It would take forever to fix all of the note values, velocity and fill in the missing ones. Hopefully future versions will resolve this problem because, right now I find it basically unusable. At least for my needs. I really would love to see the app become a success!
Would give it 5 stars...
permutated 5.0 stars Version: 1.2.10
Love the app, great connectivity, low latency, got it working with Logic/Reason/Reaktor within 2 minutes of install, everything is pretty much fantastic except for the multi-touch input. There are times when I try to play a chord or a two note bassline and it only registers one note.
AMAZING!!!!
Dan4governor 5.0 stars Version: 1.2.9
I can't believe how well this app works! I have no latency issuse with my macbook pro, and it works flawlessly with garageband. Now I can write and notate music in the car on the road with my band. I agree with "pinhole maker" this app needs an option to scroll in single note increments instead of just c to c octaves. This app deserves 5 stars, adding the single note scrolling would make it a 6.
Excellent idea. Would like updates.
Pinhole Maker 4.0 stars Version: 1.2
Works as advertised. The midi sync just works! Would love an octave indicator. I would also love to be able to scroll the keys in single key increments as in Pianist. Currently it only scrolls down the keyboard in octave jumps always starting with C on left. It makes it difficult to enter notes quickly in a different key. Please make this change for 5 stars
Excellente
Atticus Lassiter 4.0 stars Version: 1.2

can't use
leakyhunter 2.0 stars Version: 1.0
It won't let me use it.
Amazing!

Well - having recently spent $280 on two 25-key midi controller keyboards of different sizes in order to be able to input notes on the fly using midi in Logic Pro and Protools, I discovered this application. Seemed too good to be true...so I tried the free version. Having tried that, immediately bought this. Sure, maybe a little latency, and touch sensitivity is barely there - but bearing in mind what I am actually now able to do, input straight to my Mac anywhere there is a wifi connection, 5 stars is pretty well deserved, and that is even before I discovered that the developers have paid attention to some of the earlier feedback on here (thanks!) and have labelled octaves AND enabled a switch between single note and octave keyboard shifting. OK - way too excited at the possibilities of this to say more for now - I'll be back to repost if I discover any problems!
MY NEW TRAVEL BUDDY.

As a recording artist I live on planes just about every weekend. During the 3 to 7 hours flights there is little time to do anything other than watch boring movie to pass the time away. This is an "AMAZING TOOL" that brings my home studio with me on a flight. I just open my MAC laptop, launch garage band or LOGIC Pro 8 open iTouch Midi and begin to work. I thank God for NERDS like you who do nothing but develope apps like these that make life more enjoyable. "Keep on - NERDIN'
Does everything it could
Jon AR 5.0 stars Version: 1.3.1
It's not a replacement for a true controller, but it works great for exploring the sounds within logic pro (or garageband or other software). The velocity control is the best it could be given the limitations of the device. Large fingers could create a problem, but it works with my ordinary-size fingers just fine. This app feels like the developer put everything possible in: alternative ways to control velocity, assignable controllers...I actually find that to explore patches, the aftertouch and velocity on this is sometimes more useful than a 'real' keyboard. My main instrument is guitar, so this will suit me find for my occasional midi sequencing needs. The app that runs on the desktop machine is included inside the iPhone app, and is easy to install (drag and drop). No password needed, and it's bare bones, but very straightforward. I did not have any problems with latency (unibody macbook pro). It does all I could have expected it to do. The only thing to look out for is that you do need to be careful about hitting wrong notes, especially if you're using aftertouch...
Great App!!
G-Cubed 5.0 stars Version: 1.3.1
Great app!! Using with Logic Pro. Great for testing sounds or simple riffs.... or playing from anywhere in the house.
