I wasted a buck on stupid, buggy, crashing Camera Zoom. This app is so much easier to use and much more reliable! I highly recommend it!

This app is awsome. It doesnt have the greatest quality but it is pretty decent. It kinda makes ur pics look like they were done in a pastel drawing... U have to see it. Its worth it

Finally I've deleted buggy Camera Zoom and use iZoom instead. Why? The answer is simple - image quality with iZoom is MUCH higher, as it uses totally different approach then Camera Zoom.

This app works great! It is very easy to use and the photos come out good!

I downloaded camera zoom and was kinda mad because that app is horrible! You get much better quality with this app.  cheers! 

All this does is crop the picture before you take it. Thumbs down. You couldve done much better.

This is a really good photo app, much much better than the "camera zoom" app. Very easy to use and the result is much better than I expected. Another good thing is that you can see what you are going to zoom in on while staying fully zoomed out. Overall a very good app and well worth the $1.08 cents.

6/11/09 - attended a graduation today and took a dozen photos with zoom. Pics were slightly blurred but NONE were saved, I later discovered. Of course, I was mindful to "use photo." Apparently, I did not see "save." Lots going on at the time. No reminder to save either. This app really needs an auto-save. Given today's real world usage with lots of distractions, I will deduct another star. Two, too many steps without auto-save. I lost some "once in a lifetime" photos today : ( 6/10/09 Create an auto-save feature, eliminating two steps, and this is a five-star app. You can lose the shot while clicking 1) use photo and 2) save. Remember, bad photos can be deleted. Nice work overall. I found this app while reading reviews for Zoom In.

Is not what I thought it would be not at all like camera zoom, at least in camera zoom you can chose how much you zoom but this app is pre-set so its just not worth it sure this app has better ratings but for quality buy camera zoom

Nice app. Pic quality could be better. And camera icon doesn't work after taking a flick. Tapped a number of times and nothing. Had to close the app and reopen it in order to take another flick. Try fixing that bug Mr. Developer.

Contrary to what another person believes you actually can control the zoom. A larger box=less zoom and a smaller box=more zoom. It solves a major problem which is that the camera automaticly zooms out, so far away things are not even worth trying to capture. Even though the quality deteriorates after a certain point, it is one of the most helpful apps I've ever bought. Although I would like to see them update the clarity a little more.

i should have believed the one review that said all this app did was crop before capturing. That is what it seemed to do, and very poorly at that. The test images I tried were so blurry i could barely tell what they were and I was less than 20 feet from the target at the time. There are other apps out there that did a much better job, but they quit working at all when i updated to 3.0.

With the new iphone 3gs having a 3mp camera this app is great.....shots are not perfect but they are very clear on the 3gs....i would recomend it to people who have the new iphone...

I was leary after reading some reviews but bought it anyway. I am very pleased and have some great pics that I wouldn't have had before. That's the main thing that for a dollar it gives you something useful that you didn't have before. Obviously it will not zoom as good as a 10mp camera but it will give good quality pics in a 20-40 ft range. The camera is what it is and no app will make it better but at least the pics won't be so far out. The 2 steps it takes to save a picture is a hassle but I still beleive it's well worth using and is very easy to use. Thank you.

Than the app camera zoom, which still hasnt been updated. I would stick with this app for the best zoom for your pictures.......

It crops the picture before you take it, that's all. Not worth the money; there are other apps that will crop your picture and do a whole lot more like photogene.

It's fine app but I kind of don't like the pre-zoom box thing in the middle of the screen. I like how Camera Zoom had the slider bar so you can zoom quickly and easy and how much you want and it uses the whole screen. This one uses part of the screen and have to adjust the size of the box vertical and horizontal, a bit time consuming. But overall it's an okay app, give it a try you may like it.

It zooms in alright but the quality is terrible and it doesn't use the full screen to zoom in. It cuts off the rest of the image around the zoom. Terrible app. I can't use this at all.

i have yet to find an acceptable zoom for my gen. 1 iphone,,a lot go into saving and taking a picture..i wouldn't reccomend this app.

This is a non intuitive and plodding app.

It doesn't show up on the screen while it zooms. Guess work all the way

Not as good as Camera Zoom. I would buy Camera Zoom but it still isn't working in 3.0 even though it says it does.

Simply the best camera app - the update totally rocks!
