Last November, NaturalMotion Games announced that they would be bringing the beloved block-based party game Jenga to iOS. A game like Jenga [99¢/HD], where you must pull blocks from a wooden tower and place them on the top while avoiding being the first one to topple the tower, was in good hands at NaturalMotion with their extensive expertise in the area of physics technology. Yes sir, one of my favorite party games to play with friends and family is now available on the iPhone and iPad. I have a feeling many more hilarious times are going to come my way as a result of this release. Much like the actual physical game, Jenga for iPhone and iPad requires a steady hand and nerves of steel. Quite a bit of detail and care was taken in creating this one, and this (perhaps) explains why it took so long to release. The original creator of the game (Leslie Scott) was consulted on this one, and I think we can assume the app is much better because of that consultation. Ah, the holidays. December brings snow, hot chocolate, lights and mistletoe, and oh yeah -- lots and lots (and lots) of App Store releases.
