I am disappointed in this game. It is nothing like the other, fantastic, LEGO video games. Instead it is a series of agility and memory tests with a Batman theme. I think this is just Warner Brothers doing a quick cash in on the iPhone App Store using a familiar brand. I'm sorry I bought this.

I bought this game because it was on sale... Big mistake! Game play is nothing like other Lego titles, just a series of mini-games. Additionally, playing the mini-games is nearly impossible, I can't make it past the first one, (Batarang). I tried tilting my iPhone, touching the screen, tapping it, pinching it, everything and nothing seems to control the game well; horrible UI. And what's worse, there's absolutely no directions! Worse purchase I ever made.

Tilting and/or touching the screen have no effect in the first level, batarang. It doesn't matter if I tap the screen or try to drag the batarang, it rarely moves anywhere and never where I try to make it go. There are no instructions and the game has frozen at the end of the first level everytime I've attempted to play the game.

It's nothing like the other games in the LEGO series but it's definitely worth the $6. Very fun and entertaining. Some of the mini-games were a bit complicated but once you figure them out they are easy to do.

This game is great, fun for all ages and way better than the other batman game in the app store. Great graphics also. Worth every penny

The whole thing is merely a series of mini games like simon and asteroids with a Lego BatMan theme. Please don't buy it, you can get all the mini games with free apps. Seriously. I'm no basher, I'm just warning you. Here, I really liked Topple (free) and Rolando ($10). both very worth the time

It was a fun game for the ipod but the actual game is much funner than this. You can be the batwing and fight the scarecrow, you can gamble with the penguin, you can be the joker's helicopter and you can solve the riddeler's hardest puzzles. But you can't be characters or be other veichles to do for free play.

Great story mode, plus even more games in free play. This is a beautifully made app that is challenging without being impossible. Plus the 11 types of games in free play have incredible replay value, games like pinball, bowling, a shell game and a helicopter game. Easily worth the $6, probably worth more.

Ehh, fun game but way to short I think they should come out with a longer version not worth the money.

I loved it it's not like the lego games you're used to, this is a compilation of minigames that are fun quick and easy to play and even rewards you with wallpapers for your iPhone (which I think it's neat) the only thing I want fixed is the bug it has, to unlock one of the rewards you need to achieve "true hero" on the fear in the sky game and I've done that for like a thousand times and everytime the game ends the app freezes and I have to press the home button and I don't get my prize, I've tried reseting my iPhone and it still hast that bug so it's not a memory issue, otherwise this game runs perfectly and its quite fun.

Well as you can see its lego batman and the game for any consel like the xbox 360 or ps3 is awesome but NOT for this one! I just bought it and tried it out there was a BIG flaw.When you play the first game the batarang game the control was so hard on it you had to play it like 30 times to even pass it (which I still havent mastered)and the biggest shocker is that when I did do good the game froze up so I had to restart after restart and Im so fed up with this game I would love to delete it but I paid for it. WARNING:DO NOT BUY THIS GAME STAY AWAY!!! or until they fix it!waste of your money

I'm not sure what everyone expects of a game for the iphone, but I go in expecting a game for the iphone. These games are cheap for a reason. They're good and fill up spare time on the train. If you go in expecting the kind of quality you find with devices that are 100% dedicated to video games, you're going to be disappointed. Go into this game expecting a game for a phone and you'll love it.

wuts with all u people downing this game? no, its not an ordinary lego game, this isnt an attempt by warner bros to make a quick buck, and its not a dark knight game! its a well developed, comic strip style game made out of mini games where everything happens to be made out of legos. the free play mode is like a bunch of different apps in the same spot. my only suggestion is that they make another one all about the dark knight, or batman begins.

First of all, to all of you who seem unable to figure out how to play the first minigame, you're supposed to tap ONLY the left or right sides of the screen to shift the batarang. Now, onto the review. This app is a compilation of many fun, easy-to-learn minigames. Seriously, even with the lack of clear and lengthy instructions, I can't understand how some of the players fail to catch on to the simple game mechanics (except for a few rare cases such as Fear in the Sky - a Gladius-style scrolling shooter that's one of my favorites). However, there are some flaws including a couple of bugs - one of which, as another reviewer mentioned, prevents you from unlocking the concept art, which is REALLY annoying since I was really looking forward to getting my reward and spent almost an hour in trying to do so. Also, no matter how many times I try, I can't seem to post a high score for some of the games such as the Batman/Bane Boxing and Pinball games. Also, I can't achieve True Hero/Villain status on some of the games even if I do achieve a ridiculously high score. Finally, there are a few issues with navigating the "map" in free-play. For instance, tapping a certain part of the screen won't register sometimes, and instead it might bring me to a different part of the game. I hope the developers try to address these issues in a future update. Despite it's flaws though, this is a really fun app that's useful in times when you have nothing better to do, and I highly recommend you give it a try.

This is essentially just Lego Batman skinned non-unique minigames with confusing controls (and not enough information about how to play each). In between each game are comic-like sequences that are interesting, but certainly not worth $4.99. In no way does this game resemble any of the Lego game franchise games that I love. Don't waste your money.

This game is so neat! Only cause it is lago's. This application crashes every time I use it. I have rebooted the phone and that does nothing to improve the performance. What little I have seen of the game was disappointing and has no similarities with the wonderful Lego PC games. Save your money. I will be doing whatever I can to get a refund.

I only bought this game because it was on sale. Even for $5 it's not worth it. I expected a 40 min. game but I beat this in about 15 min. The games are too easy for anyone over the age of 10. This App is not worth your money.

Just horrible it's a waste of money and it doesn't work. If you like Lego Batman and minigames you might like this game. But besides that it's a waste of money.

I really love this game. Everything in it is very good. However, it might be a little better if you also can do a classic style game like the real version. Other than that it is awesome!

game is nothing like Lego Batman, as in PSP, DS versions..I would not recommend to anyone. Not worth the money. Buy a PSP, or DS, and play the "real LEGO game" you were expecting to get from this, but do not...developers need to redo this, and make it worth putting the name "LEGO" on it...come on...what are you thinking???? This is a really fun app. The games are really fun. It stays true to Batman, it stays true to legos, and stays true to being really fun. I don't know what everyone is b****ing about, this is a fun game. Play it!
