Finally a great concert locator for the iPhone. All the other concert apps are either too hard to use, or else don't actually have the right show information. This one is exactly what I want - it's fast, it's simple, and it just works! :-)

Super easy and fast. In the next version you should be able to have favorite venues.

Definitely the easiest to use and fastest concert app. It takes 15 seconds to load all concert information near you, and then from then on navigating through the list is simple and very speedy

been waiting for an app like this for a long time. Super simple and flawless at what it does, which is hook you up with the best gigs wherever you are. Found a great show on vacation that I normally would have never found. Bottom line if you're a live music fan you need this.

It shows you upcoming concerts in your area based on the day or the venue; you can also change the distance around you that it searches - handy if you don't want to drive far.

It's great that it combines the indie local bands as well as the major acts coming to down in one easy to read list. Can't wait to see new features added. It needs a way to personalize it with my favorites, and also to see more days ahead, and get notified when tickets go on sale. keep the good stuff coming, guys :)

I love this app but you should be able to search up artists. That would make it awesomer!

There are plenty of other concert apps on the net. this is good, but coming from iLike, it needs to have a way to bookmark bands or venues, and notify the user of new shows. Doing this would make it much better than the competition. The layout is much simpler and easier to use than other concert apps, however.

This is actually a cool app!! I just wish that it would show more days ahead. I'm pretty sure I'll be keeping this app.

This is actually a good app. Smooth scrolling. Plenty of listed artists. One thing I'd like to see is a link to iTunes or google or wikipedia on each listed artist. That would be helpful for those of us who don't know every artist. Overall, very good app so far. Thanks.

I've been looking for a good app for finding local shows. This is perfect for it.

To make this app 100x better there needs to be a way to bookmark artists and venues.UPDATE

Used this in a strange (to me) city while looking for something to do. Found a show that I quite wanted to see, and walked to the venue!

It's now the single place I find out about concerts near me - quick and easy to use.

This is a great way to keep on top of what shows are happening in your area. It will be especially useful when I travel to other towns and want to catch a show. If you have a favorite venue, you can see all the upcoming shows there. Great app.

I love how quickly it determines my location and finds nearby shows. And browsing by venue is awesome too.

this app is so handy to have if you love hearing live music. i love that i can be out and check my iphone to see if there are any shows i could hit up the same day no matter where i am. hopefully the next app i can add in my favorite artists and venues so i can be notified if they're in town!

Title says it all. The interface is simple yet effective. The loading is extremely fast, even on Edge. And the distance choice is definately a plus, as I'm away at school but can still find shows from both cities. An all around great app. Thanks very much!

This is a step on the right direction for concert apps. Quick, easy and no nonsense. Within seconds of installing I was already browsing local concerts. The location-awareness should come in handy when traveling. It would be nice to be able to customize it with your own favorite artists.

One thing you should add to this app is an artist search that would let you know what shows they're performing and where, and if it's near you. If I could do that, this app would be 5 stars and worth the money.

A great app for the frequent concert go-er. Too bad they took my idea for my app that I was going to build this summer.

This app is basically what I was trying to construct in my head of what the ideal app for searching out venues and artists would be like. Tried other apps and this one has far exceeded all others by leaps and bounds. Things I would like to see in the future for this app would be: wider search radius range, artist/venue search fields and a way to tag or select a certain shows date and time to my calendar on the phone.

I couldn't figure out how to search for specific acts on this. Is it just me? That seems like the most basic feature of all, no?

This app is good, it would be better if you could pick the dates or it gives you more ranges of dates in the settings

only gives u concerts happening close by and to a certain date. needs search, and ways to follow artists and tons of other stuff. a very basic app.

Could you add a way to favorite a band or a venue? There should maybe be an 'attending/maybe attending/watch' feature too. It would help keep track of shows you're interested in. It could also create a sense of community.

Works well found local bands too... Needs to be a way of putting those dates straight to calender

This app works fine and lists shows and venues I didn't expect. I drive to shows in neighboring cities and it would be SUPER cool if I had the option to save multiple cities so I don't have to type in a new location each time. Also, if you could flag shows and maybe save them to your own little show calendar, and maybe a feature that tells you what the cover charge is; that'd be 5 star amazing. O, and free apps are the best apps.

Let me start off by responding to several comments claiming that this app lacks a search option. At first, I thought it did too, but there is a search. Just scroll all the way up to the top of either the concerts or the venues page (both have it) above where it says your location. It's confusing because it looks like the location is the top, but there is a search bar above it. I hope this helps! Now on to the review: iLike is a good app for scrolling through concerts and concert venues in your area (you can specify a location or let it find you). It organizes the concerts by date, which is helpful, but it would be great if there were options to sort by music genre, ticket price, etc. I would also love to see more band and tour information when you tap on the artist. The final thing this app lacks is an option to enter your favorite artists and receive alerts when they post a concert near you, just like the facebook iLike app does. Nevertheless, I enjoy this free app because it lets you view upcoming concerts and even has options to view maps and buy tickets. I recommend downloading it, and I hope to see an updated version soon.

Okay but has way too much fluff bands. It would be nice if it was linked to your ilike profile so you could see the bands that you are into who where comeing to town. At least the venue button filters out the $80 shows that I am not interested in. But going from popular that I could really care less for to all where I have to seek through 100s of crappy bands for the few that I am interested in can be tedious.

You can also mark your favorite venues so you can quickly see what shows are coming up at them. Sweet!
