By far the best looking and smoothest of the baseball apps to date. The first baseball app where the pitching and batting are equally enjoyable. Game play is incredible. Baseball fans definately check this one out.

The flow of the game, controls and graphics have all been excellent. A lot of fun so far.

I had to go to the bullpen when the ace of the staff got fatigued. Go figure, the Phillies staged a 9th inning comeback. I guess that is art imitating life. Very slick game.

I was waiting for an officially licensed MLB game. This is a fun easy to play game.

Finally, a good REAL baseball game for the iPhone. Made by MLB themselves nonetheless. Very happy with this game. I would like to see HOMERUN DERBY in a future update though. Thanks MLB!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall, this is a good baseball game but with a few fixes, could be much better.

Graphics are a little over done. It would be better if they scaled back and made the animations smoother. There are a number of glitches as well.

Graphics are really choppy and there are no names for the players. so as far as I am concerned this is not the official MLB game everyone is claiming it to be. If it were official it would have player names and commentary. The game is way to boring and is begging for something else to be going on while you play (commentators). fix the choppy graphics and add play by play commontators and player names and it would definantly be a sweet game.

This game is sweet , great interface and graffixs . I thought America was a Base Ball Country i'm surprise that more people aren't buying this game .

Good graphics, great game play, but over priced. For this money give us the names of the players. And maybe some announcer, right now the sounds are just background noises.

It is fun but this isn't the best baseball game I have seen. MLB you need to make some big updates. Like players names. Overall it is ok. Not worth $7.99 though.

Don't waste your money on this poorly created piece of junk. And it's made by MLB ? Give me a break. This is not worth 99 cents. Much less $7.99. Save your money. Don't be a fool like I was. They should make these apps have a 7 day trail and try before you buy. Just move on nothing to see here.

It's fun at first but after a while u start to relize it's hard to hit anything except singles

Graphics are horrible. No control of feilders. Nothing but the ball park looks real. Very bad pitching. Concept good but a waste of money

This is by far the best baseball related app available (with the exception of MLB At-Bat)! The game is great as it stands, but I anxiously look forward to future updates that hopefully can incorporate some of the following features:

I like all the teams and stadiums but the game play isn't as good as Batter Up Baseball by Sky Works.

Played this game for just over half an inning and immediately quit. Baseball '09 by Gamevil is much more fun and less expensive. Do not buy this game.

Nice looking app with outstanding graphics. The problem is that one cannot control the pitches thrown by the pitcher without expending tremendous amounts of energy/concentration and even then 99.9% of all pitches are balls. This makes for a very boring not to mention frustrating game. Being an avid baseball fan and long time baseball gamer, I would not recommend buying this app at this time. Until this issue is fixed I can not comment on any other aspects of the game because, so far, it is not a game that can be played.

This game just might bring me back to baseball.. A sport I stopped actively following..love the graphics and sounds.. Grew up a Braves fan.. Great game on my iPhone..I'm very impressed.

What a joke. Pitching control is poor, there's ZERO fielding...if i wanted to watch a game happen i'll turn on my tv! Why would anyone want to watch a bunch of crude no-name polygons jerk around and play their own laws-of-physics-defying brand of "baseball", with 10 seconds of annoying background crowd noise looping? Send this one back to 1989.

I really wanted to buy this game from the moment I saw it, and I am glad that I did. The graphics and gameplay are wonderful. You have to remember that this is an IPhone/ITouch, and not an XBOX360. There are no player names, but it is really not very noticeable in the overall scheme of things. The uniforms are great, and you can clearly see details for each individual game. I felt like I was watching a real game. There is no muliplayer, but this is still a great game. It is a little expensive, but it is worth the price. Highly recommended!

You are Major League Baseball (MLB) and for some reason you can't be bothered to include real players on their respective teams? The gameplay is rather meh, but to have Jason Giambi step up to the plate in the bottom of the 9th with 2 on and down by 1 would have made this fun despite the gameplay. But no, we get a generic "First Baseman" and so forth. How boring and uninspired is that? Lame. So very lame. $7.99? No, not worth it.

The game Is awesome given it's on the iPhone. Is it as good as baseball games for PSP, no. But it's a huge improvement over any other sports game on the iPhone, by far! This game and the metal gear solid app are the 2 best out there right now.

Get baseball superstars. It's less$$$ and a better game
