Browse New York’s Museum of Modern Art wherever you are with MoMA, the museum’s free app. It includes just about everything you could want, short of walking through the galleries themselves. A huge amount of content is available including photos of the pieces of art, audio tracks about exhibits, their history and biographical information about the artists. There’s a whole lot to learn here, which is great for interested users who can’t make it out to New York. But if you can, MoMA has resources to help you plan your visit to the museum, too. This is my favorite art museum I the US! Everytime I visit my sister, I come over here! They have one of the best collection of art in the world! If u can't visit the louvre or other European museums, u can visit moma. NYC is the best place fir any art lovers because they whole heartedly support the art world. They have so many art museums as well as art galleries. This app will give you a taste of what you will see if you visit. You can also shop the moma store using this app. They have beautiful, well designed, and unique products you can use at home and on your everyday life. These products are like art itself! This app also shows you any current and future events and exhibits. They have so many that you have to check frequently so you don't miss anything. This place almost makes you want to move to New York. Be alarmed for the critics the his app does not do everything you would wish it to do but it gives you a glimpse of what you can expect to see if you visit. If you can't visit, it still provides you with a lot of info and pictures of their collection. Remember, this only an app, so don't expect it to do everything or you will get disappointed. 5

Great app that really showcases what MoMA has to offer. I love going down there to check out the new exhibits. The only odd part of this app is the inclusion of MoMA Snaps, which essentially just does what the camera app on your iPhone does -- take pictures. Why was this included? Seems like a waste of someones time to code it. Still, the app is top notch. Edit: Apparently using the MoMA Snaps feature adds a banner to images taken inside the museum. Next time I'm there I'll have to test it to to see if it's useful or just a gimmick.
