I also have Saunders. The difference is that Mosby let's you choose the system you want to focus on, Saunders does not. Mosby also gives you the opportunity to choose the intensity level of the Question and Saunders doesn't. The thing I like about saunders is that it is all gatherd in one application, Mosby on the other hand has OB, pediatrcs, and psych separated each cost 20-35 bucks. Loaded with Q&A and gives you the option to create quizes based on category (ie. nursing practice, growth and development, cardiovascular...) You can bookmark questions that perhaps you are having trouble with so you can refer back to them later. It also allows you to review your cumulative stats and will break down scores by category allowing you to see where you need to review.

This is a good app for those studying for the NCLEX. It is somewhat similar to Saunder's Q/As app, but focuses specifically on med-surg. There is a section where you can have questions on your topic of choice. Whether you are weak at F&Es, or endocrine, you can have questions focused on just that. Otherwise, all the questions are mixed. This is a good program if you are on the go and would like to study at your convenience without lugging a big Q&A book around with you everywhere you go. This is a must buy, and the $$$ isn't that bad!

I highly recommend this app. It helped me pass my last med-surg exam. I love that you can choose the category you want to practice questions in. I felt that the questions were more challenging when compared to Saunders. I also have the Saunders NCLEX-RN examination review book. I love the review in the book, but sometimes felt that the questions at the end of the chapter were too easy. The questions in this app are much more realistic when compared to the actual questions that my instructor uses for our exams. I was hesitant to spend that much money for an app, but now I see that it was worth every penny!

I was told that in order tp prepare for the nclex, atleast 3000 practice questions neededto be done. Having this on the phone makes studying bearable especially if you have to wait for various times. I passed the nclex the first time with 75 questions!

If you are studying for your board this is going to be a big help, trust me!

I've been an RN for 15 years. I bought this app to review for the MedSurg certification exam. This was the only tool I used for it had every important medsurg topic. It made reviewing convenient and enjoying ( unlike studying with a book. ) I took and passed the CMSRN exam today. Thanks to this great application.

Great app if you want to study on the go and not drag around heavy books. However, some of the answers are incorrect. I really like the 50 question quizes... I have studied more since getting this app. I also like that there is various levels of difficulty. Great buy for over 1000 questions!

This app is help me a lot. It's so handy I can review anywhere and anytime. Definitely worth the price.

there's a whole lot of questions. really good rationales. and theres a bunch of pharm questions. you can answer questions system by system. didnt give it a 5 cause i dont know how close to the nclex it really is, guessing its pretty close, some questions are challenging and some are easy.
