In fact you can use the app without entering any information that directly identifies you. Your psoriasis diary and all other information you enter and record is completely private and will only be stored on your personal iPhone or iPod Touch. It cannot be accessed by any third party. If email is configured on your device, you may choose to use the stored information directly with your doctor, dermatologist or pharmacist to assist in the management of your condition but this is your choice.
