I'm already a Numbrix fan from playing it in Parade magazine and online at Parade.com. Now, I have one more way to get my daily Numbrix fix. Although I must admit, I find the iPhone version the most challenging - must be my fat fingers! Puzzles are hard - but doable! Nice job!

I've been playing Numbrix in the Sunday newspaper for awhile, and now the iPhone version has come out to further feed by Numbrix addiction! The app came with a hundred puzzles, and I noticed that it added several more by the second or third time I played, so it seems like I'll have plenty of Numbrix puzzles to keep me hooked on this app for quite awhile.

Great logic puzzel that is very easy to get addicted. Minor interface problems with the number keypad sliding below the screen. I just press pause and resume and it's fixed. Worth it. (as far as I'm concerned.)

I like this game. It contains a good combination of both intermediate puzzles and some real humdingers (try puzzle 61!). I also enjoy the fact that the game downloads new puzzle boards from time to time, so you're always getting more and more puzzles to play for your $4.99...

Puzzle 3 has a glitch. If you hit solve it shows two 60 boxes. I solved it correctly twice and it didn't acknoldge that it was beat. I checked it at least a dozen times. Any one else notice incorrect solutions?
Gets it mostly right

The iPhone translation of this popular pen-and-paper puzzle gets it mostly right, but the interface needs some refining. The biggest shortfall is obviously the placement of the number pad relative to the gameboard - it's far too intrusive. Either make the number pad smaller (there's no need to use such large buttons) or allow the user to scroll the gameboard with a swipe instead of scrolling to a rect. My preference would be to present a gameboard which does not move up to acommodate the keypad. It's also a simple matter to differentiate a single touch from a swipe gesture. As it is, you have to highlight another square in order to get the board to move. This is a significant interruption to the game's flow, and a poor user experience.

I like the game alright, but it seems to not recognize some solutions. I solved the puzzle 3, but it doesn't recognize it as a winning solution. I triple checked and it appears fine. So I guess I just have to solve it a different way.

This is my new favorite brain game! It's like playing connect-the-dots minesweeper. These types of puzzle games are perfect for the touchscreen iPhone. I like that the new puzzles are downloaded each week automatically, and that I can post my score online to compare with others. My only bad comment is that I challenged my girlfriend today and she beat me. Otherwise, very fun!
