This game is undoubtedly the pinnicle of iPhone gaming. With lush 3d environments, an extraordinary amount of weapons and gadgets, and tons of enemies this game will stay on your iPhone for a long time. The controls are natural and are easy to use. It's high price may be off-putting, however it is worth every nickel. I wholeheartedly reccomend this game.

Its a must buy for iTouch and iPhone gaming fans!!! It seems like this hasn't become a big hit but it should be! Full of fun things to do by shooting Aliens. I remember when i was in elementary shool in Japan, our computers had all the pangea games including Bugdom, Nanosaur, and otto matic!!! I love all the pangea games including the classics and i hope you put Bugdom 1 and Nanosaur 1 on the app store because those are the best games ever!!!!! It may cost 6 bucks, but hey, a good game like this.... its worth it guys!!!!!!

Wow! It plays great on the iPhone. Totally amazing to have this classic game on the iPhone. Runs great, looks great, I'd pay twice this much for a game of this quality.

Thank you Pangea Software!!!! I've been checking the app store every day for the past week, and when I saw it, my heart skipped a beat. This game is the best!!!! Don't change the price, it's already cheaper than what it should be. Oh, and I commented first!!!!!!!

Pangea, thank you for a high quality, full featured game. I haven't seen anything on the Appstore comparing to the graphical, musical, and just the overall package offered in Otto Matic. The controls take about 2 minutes to get mastered, after that comfortable every time. The framerate is superfluid. With Bugdom 2 they seemed choppy at times, but with Otto, there's none of that. Again with Bugdom 2 the levels seemed chaotic yet sparsely populated. In Otto Matic the goals are clear and consise and there is plenty to do. I highly reccomend this one and I mean that! $7 is a steal, this game is truly worth $20 or more. If you ever played or liked alien attack spoof movies, or games this is tops!

I loved playing Otto Matic on my laptop, but now I can bring it anywhere I want! Thank you for a job well done! Controls are nice, and easy to use weapons. Maybe you could add a camera control though, but other than that it's great. 

Anyone who gives this game less then 5 stars is obviously a rival developer. Pangea is BY FAR the best developer out their. Controls are very easy to learn, goals are simple and easy for a 6 year old to figure out, grafics are amzing. Definately worth at least 30 bucks. This game is amazing.

This game is addicting, fun, long, and the graphics are absolutely stunning. A must have for any adventure game fan.

this game is just plain amazing. no other games come close to this level of sophistication and entertainment. many long levels make for excellent replayability, and each level is different. the whole game, start to finish, is fun, creative, and entertaining. i will admit that sometimes the controls are frustrating, but that comes with the touch screen. some games solve this by using the accelerometer, but that would be far more frustrating with this type of gameplay. this game is by far the best game on my ipod. i play it constantly.

This is a console like platformer for an ipod. The gameplay is fantastic and the graphics are well done. Games like these are pushing the ipod more into the game industry. Amazing game to play and never gets boring.

I should have found this out before I purchased, but it does not appear that this game uses the accelerometer for character movement, like Nanosaur and Bugdom. I really enjoy Nanosaur because of the smooth control of movement. Otto Matic, for me, is just too difficult to move the character around pressing the buttons on the screen. I now remember why I was frustrated with the game on the Mac years ago - that I just could not get the hang of moving where I wanted to go.

This game rocks. At first I did not like the game at all and regretted spending 7 bucks on it but by the end of of the first level I was hooked. Buy the game it is worth it

The game is very repetitive the weapons stink gameplay is linear with every level involving getting to your spaceship. Camera positioning is horrible. Just don't buy it. This is a complete rip off

I had my doubts buying this, as having a 3D platform game on an iPhone is a good idea but kind of lends to akward controls. Having that been said, the good reviews it had gotten pushed me towards the buy button, and at first, I really didn't like it at all, but after like 10 minutes, I was totally hooked. The game gets really fun and unique, and the music and sounds are really good and funky (like the 50's alien invasion films). I have to admit that the controls were really unresponsive to me at first, but by the end of the first level, it felt like second nature. The game is also pretty long, and unlike Bugdom 2, has savepoints at every checkpoint, and there are plenty of these in each huge and long level, so no worries quitting in the middle and coming back later on. There are plenty of variety in it's settings, weapons and enemies, and honestly, there's hardly a dull moment. People would pay alot for this game on any other platform, so really, they shouldn't be whining when such a quality console style game should come on the iPhone for the low price of $6.99. I recommend this to anyone who wants a long, higher budget game for their iPhone that really shows what it's capable of pulling off.

This is a really great game. It's hard, but in a good way. I'm currently in the boss battle on planet snoth. (stinkin' goo keeps on stopping me!) the controls are a little hard to master at first, but in like, 5 minutes it's really fun. Don't let level 2 (snoth) discourage you! It's the longest level in the game (so says the guide). The only hard part is platform jumping. (crazy...) I loved the mutant corn! MUTANT CORN! Awesome game! EDIT: I made it through snoth! I went to planet knarr (really....like a maze). Don't get discouraged! I'm now at planet rennie! (send in the clowns!) really fun so far. To kill the wrestlers, shoot them with the ray gun 5 times. Don't have it on hand? Use 2 flares. Don't have that? Use about a dozen darts. The clowns are easy to kill. Tip on bumper cars: take your time. The clowns will try to hit you with their bumper cars, so be quick! EDIT 2: I'm now at the POW camp in shebanek! If I beat it I go to the last level!

Everything in this version of the game is briliant, but I'm wondering why there's so tilt control option. Pangea Soft. please put this in the next update.

Very great app. Worth 5 bucks definetly worth 1. You can jump to any level you desire by tapping three times on the top left corner. This works for bugdom and nanosaur as well. You can also auto beat level with this same method. You it's funny I beat the last level first LOL.

My favorite Pangea game so far! This is an excellent port and the controls are even better than the computer version. Don't listen to complainers whining about the controls, the d-pad is top-notch and works almost flawlessly. IF YOU THINK THE CONTROLS ARE BAD, YOU JUST CAN'T PLAY A GAME THAT EVEN A 3-YEAR OLD COULD MASTER!!! After the first level, I don't even think about what I'm pressing, it just moves naturally. I am glad there were no accelerometer controls, because you need very precise movement, and tilting would become confusing after a while in the midst of the many explosions and weird things happening. The gameplay is great and the ten long levels sure last a while. There are lots of strange and fun stuff you get to do, such as riding a rocket sled, riding bumper cars, and drinking a potion to grow really tall and powerful. The weapons are great, and the enemies are too. Some levels can be tricky to figure out what to do next, so before you complain about it being too hard, check out Pangea's strategy guide. If you are STILL really stuck and think one level is too difficult, triple tap the top left corner in the menu screen and you can pick any level. If you triple tap while playing, it will pass the level for you. THIS CHEAT WORKS WITH ALL OF PANGEA'S GAMES! The new Geocade scores are also cool, but it won't accept my old scores when I previously beat the game.

Pangea is the more respected iPhone developers and u see why here. Wow.

This game is crazy good and definately worth the time and money. This game has kept me pleased for over a month now and still is one of my favorite games. And for now, I'm not sure of updates. Great!

Here's my appraise, this game has action, shooting, aliens, and robots what better than that, and the controls are alright.

I bought this game when it was 99 cents it was well worth it. The graphics are exceptional. Keep em coming Pangea. Also, if u could just as an update add more levels that would be awesome this game is the best.
