From love to hate I loved this app and the web version. Have relied on it for months, maybe too much. Recently keep getting unable to connect to your account for several accounts on both app and web service. A couple of days later it's fixed. This time I didn't keep checking and didn't get a reminder and almost missed a payment. I'm done with this app and service!

Ignores bank's expired security certificates This application ignored the fact that my credit union website's security certificate had expired & logged in anyway, security warnings notwithstanding. Unacceptable. I notified the developer immediately by email & received first an "escalation" expected to take 1-2 business days to respond to, followed shortly by another "escalation" expected to take 7-10 business days to respond to. In both cases, due to the technical complexity of the problem? Uninstalled until gaping security flaw resolved.

This app is like Quicken for your phone but free! And unlike quicken my bank doesn't charge me to keep this updated! It does so much more though syncing other accounts and bills like verizon and blockbuster/netflix (view your que). You can also add on your college loans to keep track of everything. A must have app for your phone!

I used to use this all the time for tracking my bills, but I have several accounts (NV Energy and Southwest Gas) that are broken and the developers aren't quick to fix. Submitted tickets over a month ago and received the receipts that they got my ticket but they don't fix the problems. Have switched over to Mint.com by Intuit which I'm hoping will be supported by the developers.

Inconsiderate Business It does seem pretty inconsiderate of pageonce as a company to drop the pro app, when people had already paid for it. They should at least make an effort to compensate the users who did pay for pro. It doesn't seem like good business to rip-off your paying users. Be reasonable, no one likes being taken advantage of. Great App, however I do not agree with forcing those who paid for a pro version to drop the pro version completely. However you can look at it 2 ways, one, once you pay for a program and its stopped supported, then you don't get your money back. 2. those who paid for the pro version helped build this company up, if the company doesn't want to give some sort of compensation for just dropping the pro version without any type of update to the users, thats selfish, why should they continue to support pageonce at all?
