This app gives a few limited postures. It's really an attempt to get you to one of their clinics which they conveniently list.

This is a great introduction to the Egoscue concept of pain releif. I have used the eCercises for 4 years and this application is a great way to remind me of how to relieve my pain without having to visit an office.
