The push alerts are working great so far but why, when the iPhone mail app opens up, does it open up a new email message rather than the inbox? Nevermind...just read the FAQ. What a dumb limitation by the iPhone SDK.

This is one seriously awesome app. My iPod is at least twice as useful now. It does exactly what it says it does flawlessly.

I have one issue with the app, but it's the closest to what I've wanted. The price is perfect, and so is the interface. The push is excellent and fast. My issue is that the Gmail Mobile page doesn't support Google Apps, so an option to set the 'Mailboxes' tab URL would fix that. But, support says it will be fixed in the next update (+1 for support).

This app is great! Does exactly what it says. The push notifications are instant, even faster than my desktop gmail notifier. At 99 cents I highly recommend this app.

So far so good with this one. Notifications work well. No issues/bugs noticed so far at all. Only thing I wish I had were notifications for messages marked to skip the inbox and go directly to a label. But it seems that is difficult for almost all Gmail related notification apps. Otherwise, this is simple and functional - and until Google releases something official, it'll have to do. Thanks!

yup it does push the emails. however it's slow to load the inbox. please fix

Works very well. Would get 5 stars if it could load linked images within emails. Messages using web page like layout have lots of empty boxes where images should be. Push is flawless!

A Gmail Push app that works! It works faster than my notifier on my mac desktop! I also love the option of viewing mail in app or with the iphone's mail client. Well worth your dollar!

I really like this one. I'm not much for writing reviews on apps unless the really do something well. This does everything well. Yes, it opens the browser slowly- that's gmail's web interface- it's quick once it loads though. Definitely a must for active Gmail users- totally replaced mail on my phone. Can't wait for Google Calendar to appear in the links!

Been using it for two days now. Works perfectly. Although google is now supporting push to iPhone I will continue using this app because I like the popup notification whenever I recieve an email.

My one and only concern with this application is the space the controls take up on the bottom of the screen.

Great app at a great price. The push is so fast! The only thing I don't like is an Apple limitation not the app (opening mail app to a blank email). The developers are are very responsive to questions. Don't hesitate and buy this app!

The browser login sceen is only functional for Gmail customers not for Google App Premier or Corporate customers. Developer is aware of issue and will fix in next version due shortly. I will change review to 5 stars when this happens.

Though I had trouble getting the app to work at first, I emailed the developer's support and they responded immediately to help me get it working. App sends notifications quickly and let's you open Gmail just by clicking on the app's icon. I highly recommend this app.

I've been using GPush since the day it came out but chose to switch to this app (PushGmail) because of the in app mail and ability to view my mail from the pop up message that shows up. GPush also would also tend to go out every once in a while.

This app is way better than the other gmail push apps. I had an issue after I installed it due to a password change on my side but I was up and running very quickly because of the fast support response.

Multiple accounts! If I could use this with both of my gmail accounts it would be a 5 star app in my book.

I've used both Gpush and now PushGmail. Both work. I like that PushGmail displays a portion of the mail body so I can see if I need to retrieve it or not. And I like the built-in browser access to Gmail. I hope the developer adds multiple accounts and non-Gmail (unix imap) accounts. I'd like to be able to set the sound on the notification too. But all in all this is well worth 99 cents! Good developer support (a question was answered in less than 5 minutes).

Great app just kind of slow. Only thing i ask is to be faster and does this app notify u if your ipod is off and u have to turn it on?

Wish there were more options after one gets an alert. I don't like having an email open after I unlock my phone or opening their mail (web) app.

I was loving this app, mainly because it offered a Safari version of Gmail with badge notifications! BUT this morning I had a rude awakening when a Push notification blocked my alarm from going off! 1.5 hrs late to work! Hope they fix this bc it was an extremely useful app

As someone who has been waiting for a native gmail app to replace the subpar mail app, I found this app to almost fit the bill. The push works great. I no longer have to sign into gmail in safari. And I get the gmail interface. Down sides, no email if you don't have an Internet connection. (more of an issue for iPod touch) It doesn't yet support multiple accounts, but I am told they are working on that. One other note for iPod touch owners. When the sceen is off there seems to be a delay of a few minutes before you are notified of an email. I am told this has to how the wifi connection works to save battery when the iPod is not in active use.

All i have to say is WOW! This notification is FAST! And the pop up upon notification is awesome. Haven't had any crash issues yet, but this app seems to be working just fine. My hats off to you guys for creating an absolutely wonderfull and usefull application. My friend emaoled me from his desk computer ehich is near me, and when my phone notified me off a message he said "WOW!" It was only about six seconds since he sent it to when I recieved it. Keep up the good work guys!!!!!!
