Im already on week 3 of the Training Session and I notice the difference in number of pushups and strength...

I am glad that I baught this motivating program. I was a little woried this program would not work as advertised, but it did. This app has forced me to start doing full, correct pushups, no more half pushups. A word of warning, this programs requires a band to strap the Iphone to your arm. The app description should note that an armband is required to use this program. Luckely I was able to convert a wrist band into an armband. There is no way to do the even the 100 pushup trainer without an armband. To make this a five star app I hope a future update will allow the pushup trainer to be done without the armband. I understand why it is necessory for the global challanges. If you are ready to get a great motivating workout buy a wristband and buy this app.

It does what it is advertised to do and has great tech support from the developers.

Only have one word to describe this app, AWESOME! Works just as described and had no problems positioning the iPhone on my arm with a simple wristband. Finally something I can exercise with on the iPhone that I will actually use more than once.

This is a great app - the first app that's moved me to write a review. Very creative use of iPhone technology, and it works extremely well.

I've been using this for a couple months now and have been slowly improving. It's gotten alot better since they've revised the incremented number of pushups as you advance. It's been really good at making sure I'm not slacking off.

I am not one that enjoys working out, so when I found this app and read that it made something as simple as pushups a game almost, I had to try it out and I love it. I'm only on day one, but I know I'm addicted. I love the simple training system and the competative aspect too. Hopefully I can make 100 pushups next week :P

Just was I was looking for to count my push ups and works great.

This app is great. It motivates me much more to work out then just doing normal pushups. It also teaches great form so you can work out to your fullest potential. I give it five stars.

Awesome App. Keeps In You In Shape But The Things Is You Need A Armband But You Could Just Use Two Rubberbands. =) I LOVE THIS APP

This app is great. On week 2 and seeing great results. Because it uses the motion senser I have started using it with pull-ups and sit-ups. In 10 more weeks I will up to 100 reps of all 3.

I love this app. I like the easy to follow nature of the audio feedback, it let's me focus on the work not counting numbers. I would LOVE a gym Fu app that integrated situps, pushups, squats, and pull ups into one app. 5.99. 2.99 is the most expensive app I bought but 10.00 for three is a little steep if you don't over the convenience of integration. LOVE the app!!!

Love the technology and the concept, but the computerized voice which counts the numbers is a little off-putting and unprofessional sounding. Would much rather pay slightly more for a real human voice pronouncing each number accurately. Would pay even more for a selectable male/female voice that maybe gives you some motivation along the way like good job, keep it up, etc.

Great works as advertised. However the voice is annoying. Needs a military drill sargent's voice to feel authentic. Will settle for anything that sounds human. Great app and accurate. Day one is a head.

Great use of iPhone technology to rapidly add muscle. I have made it to 100 in a row yet, but I've at leadt doubled my output.

Does exactly as advertised. Great for those who need competition to keep them motivated to work out. Great investment.
