First of all, this is an excellent app for organizing and accessing files. It is very easy to use, has a great method for organizing files on the iPhone and can even organize files on your iDisk. The new email feature is slick and works well. My BIG problem with the app has to do with what file formats it can read. It is all well and good that it can access iWorks documents, but what about basic file formats for the Mac? How can you leave out .rtf, .rtfd and .webarchive and call yourself a Mac App. These are the base file formats for TextEdit and Safari - you have to support these formats.

I downloaded this app over a week ago and have yet to figure out how to connect my computer to my iPhone. Every time I type the address into my browser I get "server not found". I cannot, for the life of me, get my files to upload to my phone, nor can I find a way to contact the developer to either see what I'm doing wrong or get a refund.

The iDisk part of the program is nice.

MobileFiles one was fine for what it did. This 'upgrade' is the worst. You'll have another MobileFile icon on your phone, your files from Mobilefiles one won't transfer over so prepare to start over and the website you 'upload' your computer files on to upload to your phone doesn't work either. I want my money back so save yours.

I don't know what the trash talking is all about. When this came up, I looked at all other file readers and this one has the most bang for the buck. It's as easy to use as the free version, generally reads more file types than anything else, and I was able to delete Airsharing because this does all that and more.

I liked this app as Mobile Files. Good access to MobileMe, cool icon that looked like MobileMe, worked well. Then they moved toward opening and editing mostly Microsoft Office files. Viewing of files was good so I got Mobile Files Pro. Now they have gone all the way and renamed the product to Quickoffice Files and target it the product to viewing and editing office type files. Why change a product so much? Why not have MobileFiles for MobileMe and Quickoffice for people who want to deal with Microsoft Office type files. Sorry, I'm going back to another iPhone app. They have lost me as a customer.

I like it so far except it currently has no support for my iWork '09 files. When is that comming to the App?... Then it will be unSTOPPABLE....ish...

If you're looking to save money, go for the free but solid Flash Drive and save another four bucks. If you don't mind paying for quality, I'd pay another dollar and get Air Sharing, or throw down ten bucks and get ReaddleDocs.

This is, by far, the best app of it's kind. The fact that I can save files on my iPhone and email those files to others makes this FIVE stars. This app is worth way more than they charge for it.

I actually really like this app and despite it sometimes failing on me, I use it quite often. I use a lot for school mainly and so far it works pretty great for me needs. The reason it gets a 2 not a 3 or 4 is because of its disgustingly horrible new logo. EW! Ok, their designer(s) needs to be convicted of design crimes.

I cant install update! It just says that it cant be installed, both on iPhone and in iTunes! I really hate this app now - I deleted it, but App Store still sugest to update it and when I turn iPhone on icon of this terrible app appears again.

to save money, they must have had a contest at the local high school to see who could design the new logo.... i guess you can't blame them in this economy..

If I could access my idisk, download my files, and email those files 100% over the cellular network than this app would be awesome. The sad thing is that the free app does the first two and I assumed that this app, since it was an upgrade, took the functionality from V1 an updated it with email capability. As it is, this app was a waste of my money.

Good app, works fine, used free mobilefiles, but needed ability to send files over e-mail.

Does what I want. Can take books and docs on the road. Wish it loaded faster and could remember page number I was viewing when I reopen it. Would help with larger files that you want to read in multiple sessions.

Perfect for what I need. I can access my idisc from my iPhone. Only wish you could choose a whole folder or multiple files to upload or send.

Great if you have one file to transfer, but time consuming if you have 20 files, 100, or more. Once you select the multiple files, the batch can be transfered. It does what its suppose to do without a problem.

I got this because it was the only application I could find that claimed to read web archives .mht files. What you really get is the source code for the page with loads of formatting text inserted. No pictures, no format, just a long string of text. Not something I can realistically use.

Used Mobilfiles and just upgraded to Quickoffice. Both were very easy to use. I have an idisk/mobile me account so I have many files that I can access easily, anywhere. While you don't need a mobile me account, if you have one you can maximize the experience. Quickoffice allows wifi access from your iPhone/iTouch to your computer's desktop and also allows viewing and emailing of almost every common file type. Creating folders and moving files into and out of folders is a snap. No, you can't transfer ten files at once, only one at a time. But once you have them on your phone movement of files is usually one at a time. Doesn't support iWorks '09 yet. I'm sure it's coming, along with document text editing. Don't be put off by the one and two star reviews. This App does exactly what it says. If you already have Mobilefiles then this is a must.

Quickoffice does give the ability to read and store (in the iPhone/iPod's memory) files that otherwise would only be able to be seen as e-mail attachments. But do not expect anything else! I was hoping for an interface similar to AdobeReader, where you can jump page easily, but if you have a file with several pages (for some this might be 20 pages, for others maybe 50 or 100) it is extremely inconvenient since you have to scroll each page individually. For instance, I have a file with 180 pages that I was hoping to be able to access on my iPhone (jumping through pages) but it’s just ridiculous to open the file at page 1 to go to page 100 by scrolling one page a time.

I downloaded this thing. Nothing. My wifi is on and my computer is on. The app simply does not work. I have a Mac OS and an iPhone. Linksys won't connect the two. Go figure.

This application is VERY buggy. I application does not work as advertised. The website to connect via WiFi does not work well either.

Have not tried other apps like this because my experience with this one has been so poor.

This app provides a way to access your iDisk files, view and/or download those files to your iPhone/iTouch. Apple should be providing this service to its MobileMe subscribers free, but it's nice that these guys are trying to step in.

A few modifications would be nice. When trying to access files on iPod offline the app opens safari and will not work without a connection. Also if I pay for an app I deserve to not see advertising. If this included download support it would be the ultimate productivity program. Still great app overall.

I don't normally write reviews, but then again I don't normally get paid apps so there is more motivation. I can't really use this app because It will not connect to Wifi as others have said, even though I know for sure that I'm connected. I still wouldn't have written a bad review if the support website worked, which it doesn't. All in all, I'm feeling a little ripped off but would gladly write a better review if I could get this app I paid for to work.

So wtf is this? I pay money to look at advertisement? Great app, great functionality, but the ads are just not right. Remove them in the next version and the app gets 5 stars.

I've been using this app for about 3 months now, and all I can say is that I'm disappointed that a 3rd party developer gave us something Apple should have already with the release of MobileMe.

When you transfer photos by emailing to QuickOffice, they get all renamed to "photo.jpg", so when you import them the app wants to overwrite each one. It warns you and gives chance to cancel, but really needs to stop renaming your files to "photo.jpg". (Or have option to edit saved name instead of overwriting.)

Just be honest with the description. Can't trust this company when your first experience is to be duped. Wrong way to utilize in-app purchase system. Should have been listed as a lite version or a trial. Just erased it, because I got treated like a fool, not a good way to gain NEW customers.

This is a cool tool. It's not difficult to configure and there is a User Guide listed under the question mark icon which explains how it works.

First of all, this is really no brainer to set it up. A person without computer knowledge can set this up easily, don't know why someone had difficulties set it up and claimed to be experienced computer professional or teacher, I feel bad for his/her student. (if you do not know what I meant, that person may have just deleted his/her post after seeing this ) This app basically combines all other online services if you have any. I used to have dropbox, now that with this, I can have dropbox (free 2gig), box.net (free 1 gig) and googledocs (don't know how much I can have for free). Anyway, it is convinent for me to put my doc in one app. (By the way, mobile.net charges you, so you can avoid that if you want free services) First create a quickconnect account, then add each online service account you may have and there you have it. Other than that, you can store your files onto your iphone/ipod and access from wifi web site, and you can move them to your existing online services like googledoc, box.net, dropbox and etc. It is nice app. However, your website does not have this device.. Hmmm I wonder.

It doesn't save changes unless you upgrade for $10. This app is BS!

I bought this application back when it was called MobileFiles and paid $$. Now its a free app and the the company keeps trying to get the customer to pay another $10. You can't even open the app with choosing between the upgrade and the "free" version that I paid for. This company and the product is not worth it.

This is not the best way to get new customers, and the WORST way to use in-app purchase... Why fooling people making them believe that they found a bargain. Just put a 'LITE' at the app. I'm GIVING a star because there is no less options...

It works great.

UI is definitely better than "document to go". However, no "find and replace" function in Word processor. You can only do "find". Come on, "find & replace" is a basic function for a text editor.

I just needed a simple app to type up a few paragraphs while I'm sitting in traffic or whatever. This app only let's you save your work if you buy the full version, which is b.s. and the select all/copy functions that work on Apple products does not work on the app. So I just wasted 15 minutes typing something that was erased. Why even offer a Lite version?!
