I've been really busy lately, feeling stressed and overwhelmed, worrying a lot, not getting enough sleep. This app has helped me so much. I can't explain it. I feel more calm and the stress and tension I felt has melted away. When an issue pops up, I feel like I handle it better. I hardly ever write reviews, but I felt compelled to tell anyone reading, how great this app truly is. Try it!

For the past few months I've felt stressed and restless...overall just sad with things. I listened to this before I went to bed last night and woke up this morning feeling GREAT!! I feel so relaxed and ready for the day.I definitely suggest buying this app!!

I'm so impressed by each and every one of Andrew Johnson's hypnosis apps. I'm working a tough job right now, high stress and long hours (65 hours this week). I'd been listening to ambient nature sounds but was still waking up each morning exhausted (perhaps because the soothing rainstorm sounds kept making me have to get up to go to the bathroom). Midweek last week I was worn out, resentful and pretty sure I was getting sick. Within three days of beginning to listen to this app at bedtime, I was waking up before the alarm clock, with the energy and focus to make it through a day of my least-favorite tasks and still have a relaxed, friendly demeanor at the end. I know this isn't a scientific study. My review is at best anecdotal, but I'm noticing benefits and my coworkers have been noticing positive changes in me as well. I recommend this and all of Andrew Johnson's hypnosis apps one-hundred percent!!!

Listen at night puts me right to sleep. Andrews voice is so amazing.

Great at bedtime.... It would be cool if you could set the "Awaken" section to a time to wake up in the morning. : D

I have lots of mind chatter when I go to bed at night, so I purchased "Relax with Andrew Johnson" to help put me to sleep. It works like a charm! I'm zonked out within 10 minutes. Andrew's Scottish accent is such a pleasure to listen to, I wish I could stay awake to hear more! I've tried lots of other relaxation programs, but this one is by far the best. I highly reccommend it!

I listen every night and am asleep in minutes and over time you get good at relaxing anytime during those stressful days. I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to sleep better.

Very relaxing! I listen to this almost every night and I fall asleep 5 min into it! Get this app if you have trouble sleeping or slowing your mind down, it really works!

I don't know what it is or how exactly he does it, but this app is amazing. Hands down the best purchase I made after getting my iPhone.

Very effective and soothing.

The settings interface should be improved a bit and the slider gadget should be far from buttons (they get hit accidentally when trying to use the slider)... But the app works like magic!

I love this app except for the fact that it glitches to the awaken track sometimes even when that part is turned off.

I am so relieved to finally have found a relaxation app that truely does what it is supposed to do. Within three minutes I'm out like a light. I have to try listening to it in the morning just so can hear what happens next.

I've been searching for anything that could put me to sleep. Although I think that I will be searching forever, I can say that this app helps a great deal. It has at times put me to sleep when nothing else could...including medication. Get it. U won't regret it.

The new version greatly improved the audio quality and it is perfect now. It is very powerful and I recommend this app to all who is suffering sleepless night. Wonderful and must-have app!

Great app for those of us who lay awake for what seems like hours before we can fall asleep. I was skeptical at first but now am only worried that I will become dependant on the program for a good night of sleep. Try the free version first if you like it I would highly recommmend this application.

I was VERY SKEPTICAL this would help me fall asleep, but I must admit I've never stayed awake throughout the entire program. It'd be nice if there was a longer "waking / arising" section I could use as an alarm in the morning; the current one isn't very long. FYI his accent is more Scottish than British.

Very peaceful and relaxing. I plan on trying some of his other apps.

I do enjoy the relaxation aspect of this app it just seems a bit rushed and so ends too quickly. Perhaps after the hypnosis instructions there could be an adjustable time able to set of just the background music and tones.

A must have! Works every time! Best $ spent bar none. Don't waste your time or money on other apps - Andrew Johnson has nailed it! And the voice is so naturally soothing.

...but the first time I used it, I felt like I was hypnotized. That was over a year ago. Now when ever I have a restless night, I put this on, and the moment I hear his voice, I'm yawning. I'm sure it's psychological, but it works every time.

I am mod to severe PTSD and have had a terrible time sleeping. This app had me out probably within ten minutes. Soothing and relaxing. Worth the money.
