I bought Rez because I read in the local newspaper that it recommends restaurants that have open seats (opeb reservations) in the area of the iPhone. It didn't work. I complained to Apple and they said to contact Urban Spoon. I did. Spoon said it's for restaurant use, not for consumers. Restaurants will use Rez to notify iPhone owners (those who have the consumer-oriented Urban Spoon restaurant location app) about open seats. So I'm out 99 cents. No big deal, but iStore should have made it clear who it's for.
