Принята 12 декабря 1993 года.
Помимо текста Конституции на четырех языках, представлены дополнительные материалы о конституционном процессе в России, о Дне Конституции, рассматриваются поправки к Конституции России.

The new constitution came into force on December 25, 1993, at the moment of its official publication.
