The minimum price at night( from 11pm to 5am) is 14.00 RMB within 3km; it is 2.70 RMB per kilometer after 3km, and 4.20 RMB per kilometer after 10km.
If there is a traffic jam and the speed is less than 12km, it will be rated as one kilometer for every 5 minutes.
