ShotRecs is a rapid reference guide to the 2009 Childhood, Adolescent and Adult Immunization Schedules that is provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
This app was designed by myself, an intern in a Family Medicine Residency program, in order to create an application that mirrored the format used by the CDC . The familiar viewing format is intended to maximize the health care professional's ability to access the necessary information in a timely manner.

Down loaded this app to use as a clinical reference tool. Very disapointed in the lack of accuracy. If I can't trust it to be accurate it is a waste of money and potentally harmful if used as a guide to order vaccines for kids. Please update ASAP.

I downloaded this app thinking I could input my sons shot record to keep for quick reference. If I could have done that then this would have been a great app.

The interface is easy to navigate, clearly directing the user by age-group and requirement. Screenshots are colorful. I will recommend this to my friends as well. For the money, you can't beat it.
