It’s the season for savings as the US’ July 4 Independence Day celebration nears. Not to be left out of the chart-breaking action is Gameloft. As of this morning, the homage-specialists are offering a stable of some of its sharpest titles like NOVA 2 and Asphalt 6 at a mere 99 cents instead of their usual three-dollars-and-up price points. Real-time Strategy game fans, rejoice! Gameloft has released its Starcraft-clone, Starfront: Collision HD, onto the iPad. As with the majority of Gameloft titles, Starfront: Collision HD uses Blizzard’s Starcraft titles as a heavy reference. The game has you playing as one of three factions: The Consortium, Wardens and Myriad. Each faction has their own strengths and weakness and will require players to hone their skill with each of them if they want to be successful. You’ll mine rare Xenodium crystals in order to build up to 8 different buildings and produce over 10 different units per faction to launch your attack against the enemy.
