Great app, tried another similar app ( twice as much) and this one seems to work very well. Only complaint is the task2gather server seems to have gone down today and there was no prior notification by the devloper, and this app becomes useless without the server, hope it just a fluke and will be up soon.

I read on the task2Gather website that you could use this for shopping as well as complex projects. I laughed, but then actually tried it as a shopping list. And when my wife thought of a couple more things, she just added them to the "Project" and they appeared while I was in cereal isle.

This program is just what I have been looking for to bridge the gap between planning and execution. Keeping up to date tasks in my phone is like having an assistant who is there keeping track of changes made by anyone else involved with any given project. If I have been assigned a task, and the assignment is modified, I get the changes instantly. Wow. I like how in the desktop/ webapp version, you can use the program to communicate with specific people on specific themes and the conversation thread is woven into the task to which it relates, that would be a good feature to incorporate too. I think the graphics are simple enough to let your eyes focus on the task. certainly much more useful when used in conjunction with the desktop version- good thing it is free.

Very simple and intuitive interface but at the same time has all necessary features for small teams businesses. The availability of Windows Mobile and WEB versions allowed everybody in my company (20) switch to Task2Gather.com

I downloaded this new app and it seemed to be a very nice way manage my todos and lists but once I was away from a wifi connection it failed to allow me to add new tasks as it seems to need to update the their server before it is addded to your itouch. I own a itouch so this may not be a problem for iphone users but I was surprised and disappointed to find out it was not a standalone app. Suggestion. Allow updates and additions to be made without a wifi connection. I have deleted it from my itouch

I love it. It is powerful, but super intuitive and simple to use. My wife and I have a coordinated todo list with little effort (the honeydo list is growing though).

Very nice app, easy to use. The web interface is a HUGE plus (IMO, all productivity apps need a web interface, to be usable).

I was looking for a way to sync notes and to dos between web and iPhone. Works fantastic. Love the Ajax updating

Really love the collaborative task management. I've been a RTM Pro user for sometime now and T2G is the first replacement I have come across to date. The user interface is great and multi-mobile platform/web based app is a great plus! BUT please add RECURRING tasks as I use RTM to manage my monthly bills as reminders for upcoming bills that occur every month or two-months or year. This is the main reason I won't switch totally from RTM yet and the reason I only gave 4 stars.

I recently downloaded the new version of Task2Gather for the iPhone with the tan appearance. You guys did a great job, and I love the application, but I like the old user interface. Would it be possible to make the interface selectable? I reinstalled the old version for now. Hopefully there is some chance for my request. Thank you for your time.

With push notification the T2G become very useful as team collaboration tool. We (I, my wife and my colleagues) use now T2G not only for task management but also for chat.

Works great for me... I was shopping around for an inexpensive but powerful task management system and this is it! Specifically, I was looking for an app that allows me to manage multiple lists of tasks, provide additional details and a due date for each task, work offline, and sync everything with a full-featured web client that I can use from my PC (so I can use either my iPhone or my PC to enter and manage tasks). Thankfully, Task2Gather does all of this.

I just bought this app hoping that I will be able to set push alerts for my tasks. Well, I can, sort of, but I can only set "due date" instead of "due time." Am I missing something? If not, I sure feel like I've wasted my money.
