The only reason for 4 instead of 5, is it doesn't turn off when phone in use. So my boss heard, over & over, "buy BUTT cream! Buy BUTT cream!"

Its a manager for existing language TTS apps, such as SVOX. This does not have its own "voice". Great app! P.S. pico is free, but SVOX sounds natural.
